I can’t believe she was able to perform this, as well as finish the rest of the concert when her Patulous Eustachian Tube Dysfunction was acting up. At the second concert, she admitted that her condition got worse during the latter part of the first concert that it felt “like hell” for her. Kudos to IU being the professional she is. Still sounding absolutely excellent regardless. As the saying goes… “The show must go on!”
I'm even more proud of her for being able to pull off such an incredibly wonderful and magnificent concert even though she was having such a hard time because of her ear condition suddenly worsening during the concert🥺👏🫂 her professionalism and love for her fans is so strong that nothing could stop her from making the "Golden hour" one of the most memorable moment of both IU and Uaenas life😌🥰 💜 even mother nature was supporting her those two days by stopping the rain on time and keeping the sky clear & orange to match the concept of her concert "under the orange sky" like she wished for 😊🧡
I loved that you said at the end for someone like her you onow she is a really experienced an big artist but she is stilll nervous for the performances she really loves her job. This song is IU's own song reflecting her struggles to realize ego identity in younger(child) time as well as soothing people. Her smile was a facial expression to deliver abundantly the meaning of the lyrics at that part and the next coming part as well as her tremulous breath at the end of the song had the same purpose. She was not nervous at all. You should check the poetic and deep meaningful lyrics. In a word, She is a SUPERB artist, indeed!!!
What's even more incredible is how she still managed to perform this song so well with that high note being a bit longer than the original, after singing for 2 hours and despite her ear condition which makes her ears hurt while talking and even more when singing.
I doubt she was nervous...this was an encore she had already been singing for hours before this and you can see she was tired ...I think that's y she went for a lighter version and also due to her ear problems
If im not mistaken IU always change or at least rearrage her orchestra to suit the concert vibe. I dont really remember the exact reasons other than that tho😅 Edit: IU smiles while singing sometimes because of certain meaning of the lyrics, another way for her to deliver subtle message through the song
I think I remember her saying that she recorded this during Covid when she had no idea when she would be on stage again and then felt really daunted by the prospect of having to do that big note live. She nailed it but I'm glad she didn't have to do it over and over for months on end like she had to do when Good Day came out.

I get goosebumps and feel so emotional and proud of her every time I watch her golden hour concert live clips and see her performing in front of such a huge crowd of uaenas after 3 long years. It feels extra incredible when you know that there were hundreds of celebrities among this crowd, enjoying her incredible performances and witnessing this historical moment of her becoming the first Korean female artist to hold a concert in Jamsil stadium🥰🥺 There were celebrities like members of txt, bts, red velvet, twice, weekly, akmu, t-ara Jiyeon etc also so many popular actors like yoo inna, kim so hyun, Lee jong suk etc among this crowd 😊 i honestly can't even remember all of the celebrities who attended golden hour concert cause there were soooo many 😅 if someone remembers the one's i couldn't you can add them in the reply😊

Which acted due to humid and hot temperature that time and her sweating a lot before this performance caused dehydration and her condition acting up. Thus she looked in pain and tired. Her ear condition has no permanent solution, she apologized to her audience too but still kept the show going on almost perfectly. This condition was documented a few years back too
