Nice! I cleared mine with nomadic lightning and swift arsenal. My strat was open with NL, qte into CT, and rapidly switch targets between rapid slashes and the swords to take full advantage of ex CT's swords debuff and once I hit most of them with the debuff i used judgement dance. Then rinse and repeat with occasional ultis from SA for Nevan card buff and heals. Wish we could replay the realms. I finally got his weapon to 4* and worthy opponents are few and far between lol
Well, good cards can matter in this game. Plus, my CT is EX and 4 stars with CL 26 with rune 4. If you want a team then you can maybe go for Nevan Cards on Swift Arsenal and Beowulf Cards on Nomadic Lightning. You can do a full rotation and then uunga buunga with Count Vergil. Remember to have a decent amount of MP Regen bonus and 1 Paralysis Guage Efficiency on Count Thunder.

bro what is allies for CT ? I use SA and Trish , Idk maybe I am doing wrong , my ct is ex already 25 chellange level with level 4 runes
