Thanks for the tutorial!
Very helpful! thanks
Thanks a ton! super helpful
Thank you very much!
Hey man, first of all I would like to say that ur channel is amazing, and if you keep it up you can really make it big imo. But anyways, could you make a video about lighting in rainy or clouded scenes? There isn't a single tutorial on it in yt and it's really really hard to get right
hey, thanks for the kind words. At the moment I'm focusing on sharing mostly technical skills as it is something that fits in the short format that I'm aiming for. I will post more artistic oriented longer format videos from time to time with personal projects that I'm working on but tutorials on getting a certain mood are very tricky as such things are very specific for each scene. if you have a project you're working on I can try to give you some pointers/direction if that helps. Also, thanks for the sub.
@@blenderisms yeah I would really like it if you could maybe help me out, I really have no idea how to do the lighting for my scene lol
@@FM_MC hey, mate, sorry for answering a bit late, had some stuff on my plate in the past few days, add me on discord > djangata#8278 and we'll see if i can help you with your projects.
Keep up the great work, brother!
Thanks! more tutorials are coming soon. i want to wrap up the basics of compositing in the next 3-4 videos and then move on to creating interesting shaders/texture etc!
@@blenderismsSounds like a good plan. Looking forward to them.

❤❤👍 awesome
Great video. You mean to control the motion blur in post will speed up the rendering. Correct?
To some extend, depending on the scene - in this example there wasnt much of a diference, but in some scenes enabling motion blur doubled my render times. Plus you save time from having to test render the animation until uou find the right value for motion blur. On the other hand the raytraced motion blur looks more acurate!
Make sense. thanks@@blenderisms
In "data" dosent show "inclede or vector"only showing "z" under "data"
That's because you are using EEVEE instead of Cycles. :D Switch your render engine to Cycles and you will see it.
toggle the vector pass increase the render time just as much as the optical motion blur, did I do anything wrong?
Hi, probably not. In some scenes there will be very little difference, even none, in others it will be much larger. The more overlapping geometry that is in motion, the more difference there will be.
Bro how can I use compositor nodes in my final animation? I do the compositing but the final result doesn’t have the compositor effects
Hi, in the compositor you need to add an output node at the end of the composition, then specify where you want to save your images.
@@blenderisms okay I'll try it
@@blenderisms bro I tried it but didn't work . The issue is my compositing result doesn't apply to all frame and only shows up on one frame when I click viewer node
edit: it worked ,I just had to connect the compositing things to File output with the folder ....thanks man u helped me here a lot 😊
my cpu is overheating while trying to view the animation. any help?
does your PC crash ? do you mean viewing the animation in the viewport or after you've rendered out everything ?
@@blenderisms fixed it. i didn't have my gpu rendering it.
render passes from blender doesn't get same results with other comp softwares like the internal copmpositor does.
What compositor are you trying to use? I havent testet thoroughly other solutions, but i can give it a go 😁
ae & fusion @@blenderisms
I'll give fusion a try, see how it goes :D I'm guessing the vector blur(or whatever equivalent there is) node wouldn't be the same as in blender but we'll see :D
cool, thanks man @@blenderisms
why i cant turn on vector
you are probably rendering with EEVEE, which doesn't support vector pass
@@blenderisms nah, it cycles
@@1.milki_ so, you can't find the checkbox for "Vector", you can't click it, it doesn't appear in the compositor or ? that's quite interesting, give me some more info and I'll see if we can fix it.
