Yes when experiencing severe financial hardships due to job loss, (extended) I helped at the church, worked with children, taught, donated clothes, prayed with people freely. If I had 5 pennies I dropped it in the plate offering with no shame.

I also was a bonified member of Harvest International Church in Hollywood, back in 2000. Clarence Mc Clendon was the senior pastor. Many celebrities were amongst his congregants, and some gave him a Bentley, a Mansion, money, etc. He DID start out in obedience to God, while staying in a garage in LA. Years ago, I contacted Charles Stanley’s church and asked if I could tithe to his ministry. They wrote back and said we would rather you find a local church to give. But if I couldn’t find one or didn’t feel comfortable with that, they would happily accept it. That was an amazing response from a real church 🙏🏼 And thank you for your eye opening ministry

My family gives to two families in Africa who we know are in poverty and are striving to work. We visited Rwanda last summer and started helping the young caretaker at the home we rented. He desires to be a landlord. We assist him because we are not wealthy but expect him to keep his job too. He just paid off a plot of land that he will eventually build small house when he has enough money. It's a blessing to help someone who helps himself.

My pastor is good for not taking money from the church and giving it to the community. Someone gave him his dream car years ago and he gave it back b/c he felt wrong about driving such a fancy car, when he knew people were struggling in the church. What's crazy is I wondered last week if you had ever done a video on Bishop McClendon or if he was "too small" for your platform; then you do one...The first clip to start the video off proved that you did not watch the whole sermon which was the first red flag. You may not agree with what McClendon taught in the clips about working and giving but the comment about "chemicals in his hair" is another red flag. That causes me to wonder what spirit you are really being led by because I know that the Holy Spirit would not have you comment on his hair or chemicals in it. So my question to you is just that, when you make these videos, what spirit are you being led by? Secondly, do you watch the whole teaching or just find clips that give you content over context?

My family gives to two families in Africa who we know are in poverty and are striving to work. We visited Rwanda last summer and started helping the young caretaker at the home we rented. He desires to be a landlord. We assist him because we are not wealthy but expect him to keep his job too. He just paid off a plot of land that he will eventually build small house when he has enough money. It's a blessing to help someone who helps himself.

People forget that the word of God is more than just reading and understanding, it’s revelation and that’s why John says in Revelation 1: this is the revelation of Jesus Christ.
2ndly, remember we are not giving to men but to God. If God says give, and you give in a ministry whether his or not; you have done your part, there is the part where God invokes his blessing. But no people always want the scriptures to make sense with their sensory perceptions😢
So why was Paul a tent maker? Was it not so he could make his own way in life to provide his needs, instead of relying on others?🤔
My pastor is good for not taking money from the church and giving it to the community. Someone gave him his dream car years ago and he gave it back b/c he felt wrong about driving such a fancy car, when he knew people were struggling in the church. Instead, he took the money and sowed into the ministry.

What's crazy is I wondered last week if you had ever done a video on Bishop McClendon or if he was "too small" for your platform; then you do one...The first clip to start the video off proved that you did not watch the whole sermon which was the first red flag. You may not agree with what McClendon taught in the clips about working and giving but the comment about "chemicals in his hair" is another red flag. That causes me to wonder what spirit you are really being led by because I know that the Holy Spirit would not have you comment on his hair or chemicals in it. So my question to you is just that, when you make these videos, what spirit are you being led by? Secondly, do you watch the whole teaching or just find clips that give you content over context?
