Heard the entire album yesterday on Spotify. Even though I - *L O V E* - this album and it shows Killah Priest has ripened outstandingly as an artist, I feel obliged to say something about the plant mentioned in the song (for those who don't know). Pay attention.
Datura is an extremely dangerous neurotoxin that might, and in most case
will, cause serious damage if you don't know how to dose it and in the
worst cases could lead to permanent damage or death. Your ability to
distinguish real life from the illusionary is completely disabled (yes,
totally shut off), so everything you perceive will be experienced as
completely normal even though you're tripping unbelievably far out of
your skull. While you're tripping, you will literally forget you are
tripping, so you might end up talking to the air like you're having a
completely "normal" conversation with e.g. people you haven't seen in
years. You're speaking words in arbitrary order no sane person could
even make sense of, not even a little bit. This might happen in public.
There are reports of people never coming down from it even though the
high should be long gone, they just learn to live with the "new reality"
(an entirely warped reality, that is). If you're prone to generating
psychosis, schizophrenia etc. this could end up really really bad.
Unless you're an *EXTREMELY SKILLED* Shaman and know to navigate such
highly illusionary states, it's best you stay away from this plant.

My first Music CD I've ever bought was Killah Priest.
I love the film Ghost Dog. He made the music for it.
And my 13 year old self , went into the shops and desired this music.
I didn't even know what Hip-Hop is , I just liked the sound.
Now I'm 23 , Hip Hop changed my whole life , brought me through the darkness , and teached me life lessons , no one else could've teached me.
I'm just so glad that I found this music back then.
Now I see Killah Priest again 10 years later.
I think its a message to me.
    Thank you Killah Priest.

    Question: Were they ever there?
Answer: Yes. Even if they weren't there physically, they were there spiritually.
I understand why Tall Bear was shaken up by how the chief didn't remember little waters. The chief didn't think it was possible for anyone to disappear from sight and memory even though he couldn't remember little waters as Tall Bear did. The same happened to the Chief when he called the tribes women in to help Tall Bear. The same happened to the tribes women when the kids came in behind them. I believe it has to do with passing down lineage and remembering those that came before you. As one in memory can be forgotten, so can others.
(Side bar: Never had this many thumbs up before. God bless and God keep everyone who liked and commented. Peace and Blessings)
