It's not there fault no But it is there responsibility to replace damaged boxes and they aren't doing that properly your box has to be crushed or in complete disarray to get a replacement box and that's not good as I have some pretty bad damages that's been rejected by Eva! Oh that's disgusting they replacing your box for that wow! So 💯 that's special treatment from droppp
