I took a break. Was in the middle of a move to new property and did not feel i had time to tinker with the machines. Now i have more room for solar and more room to expand.
I agree 100%. Electricity is cheap when you just turn the equipment off ;) There have been long durations that all my hardware has just been turned off. I already own the equipment, I just flip the switch when it's profitable to do so. Best of luck to all. Whole lotta fun in store!

Great advice I flow in and out of mining on a large scale and now with solar it’s just easy to mine nearly all the time with last gen ASICS. Solar means everything is profitable

I got 8000 watts I’m burying the lines in a few days after i mow down the 2 foot of grass from not cutting it since last year its the only way i could see mining making sense even at 10 cents a kilowatt hour
Now would not be a good time to sell regardless. At least wait until the very end of this year when BTC is near it's highest point. That's when people will be buying gear from their fear of missing out. Personally, I'm still acquiring hardware. I have gear still in boxes that the farm can't use yet. Adding more solar next month. Statista has a chart that shows historical BTC MCAPs and percentage yearly returns which would be better for a video like this. Bitcoin Cash looks like it could be following BTC and just be a couple of cycles behind, which is when BTC saw it's best gains 🤔 BCH is up about 300% in one year, more than twice as much as BTC... Maybe mining a few BCH and sitting on them waiting for a mega pump could be an ASIC miner strategy ..
I got rid of most of my Asics because it troubled me to always buy the little ones because I can't afford the big ones and I have high power and then ultimately the yield just kept dropping but going to hold on to my GPUs and CPUs for the future
I'm just stacking coins that are sure to go up on bull run like flux and paying electricity outta pocket. doing some maintenance on gpus every now and then, and waiting.
Plus, if you sell your gear and have previously depriciated it for taxes, selling it off is yet another taxable event. Just hold onto the gear if you can.

We have two apprentices now and a genuine customer base who want to support us. The world of Crypto is a joke. I made about £800 mining Ethereum during its peak and decided to get out with a small profit. Not worth the stress at all.
