I support Alora Rose wanting to go back to NY. Dallas is a bore (I've lived in both cities) and the Rockette organization is far more elite. The majority of DCCs would never make it past the first round of Rockette auditions and I think Kelly needs to realize that and stop saying that is the toughest audition in the world. That just isn't true. What she did is no different than going on multiple job interviews and deciding between two offers. They act like it was the end of the world lol... I'm pretty sure they contacted the Rockettes as well and that's why she didn't make the team. She shouldn't have said anything to her teammates. That "sisterhood" is a joke and they snitched on her so quick. Let's not forget DCC had to be sued by one of their own due to the mistreatment of their dancers and underpaying them. I used to love the show but Kelly and Judy really need a reality check.

They should have NEVER picked Alora Rose over established vets like Brennan and Hannah. She wasn't better. It's called Karma for Kelli. I only wish she'd made Rockettes and then dropped you guys.
I saw no video proof that she was better than Brennan but regardless those were two solid vets and they should not have been ousted to make room for her.
It was obvious that AR preferred The Rockettes over the DCC and that's why they were so mad. She would have left the team after 8 weeks of training camp and several cuts of other girls who really wanted the spot. If she was serious about being a DCC, she would have not brought it up because she either would have been a. on the squad, therefore no need to audition for The Rockettes or b. not on the squad and therefore free to audition elsewhere. They were ready to put her on the team, but if she would have gotten The Rockettes, she would have left them.
I am very surprised that the girls are not contractually signed. Even during the initial auditions. The reason being is that they could have other reasons for trying out like, e.g. hey, I know the routine that is being taught to the DCC girls - Would you like to see it 😁?
While I get that K&J don’t want to give a spot to someone who may then turn down the (underpaid) job, it is perfectly reasonable for someone to consider all of their opportunities. 🤷🏼♀️
Really, after nine weeks of a ten-week camp and two weeks before the first game? Put it like this: Imagine a linebacker for the Cowboys goes through OTA’s, mini-camps, and training camps, and looks to be making the Cowboys….when word gets back to the coaching staff that this player is actively looking to try out with, say, the Packers. When confronted, the LB says yes, he was going to try out with the Packers in two weeks. What do you think the Cowboys head coach would do? Likely the same thing-that player is outta here, either by coaches cutting him or him leaving.
@@2themoon863 Well said. I do think O-R was absolutely wasting their time. I'm not sure why she was considering the Rockettes. Maybe she thought she might not make the team but if it was hypothetically a matter of "pay".....then why even try out for the team? It's no secret that the DCC's do not make much of a salary. That's not Kelli's fault. I'm sure she would love to see the DCC's get paid a decent salary but at this point it's more for the privilege of serving on a legendary team, the sisterhood, the uniform, etc. I could go on and on but if I genuinely wanted to be a DCC, I would be completely focused on making it on the team. Period.
I'm torn, Because yes, it is normal to apply for multiple jobs then decide which one will be a good fit, but I also see how Judy and Kelly would be annoyed because she tooks someone spot in training camp. Apparently she didn't make Rockettes, so now she has no DCC or Rockettes. Her choices definitely bit her in the end.
But yet so many aren't trying out for another organization and give their heart and soul and get cut for the way they photograph??? Who's wasting whose time?

I just watched this epsiode last night. For those defending AR, keep in mind they were about to announce the final team. She was a definite. Had she changed her mind after the team was announced to go to NYC, it would have deeply screwed over another girl who would have been cut. They cant call back who they have just cut from the team. From other comments i have read about her from other sources, it sounded like her heart was not a hundred percent in it. She should have left after her first year. From the Netflix series, after being on the fence for awhile, at least Victoria was honest enough with herself to let it go before auditions and training camp were to restart. Give someone else a chance to do it who is all in.
I hate that my girl from Groton is gone! 🖤❤️🖤❤️ she seemed homesick which I can understand! I am a CT girl living in the south and i still find it hard to relate to people around here and make friends. NYC is only a short trip from Groton, so Dallas seems like the other side of the world ! She handled it the way any professional would. You interview for multiple jobs and decide which offer you want to accept. That is normal. Where she went wrong was sharing that information with anyone.
No, where she went wrong was going through the ninth week-nearly 60 days!-of training camp, and not telling anyone herself that she was going to try out for the Rockettes BEFORE returning to try to keep her DCC position. Alora Rose, as a veteran, KNEW the dates of the auditions, KNEW the dates of training camp (or at the very least an approximation within a week), and apparently KNEW the dates of the Rockettes audition; she should have said something at uniform turn-in day that she was either not trying out for the DCC, or forget about trying out for the Rockettes until she was done with DCC.
she only made DCC cause she's pretty...If she thought she'd made Rockettes (a much harder team to make) based on talent, she's not very bright. PS... she didn't make Rockettes

Ngl I don’t like the idea of Ava maybe getting cut from the team because of her immaturity on that one video. Ava is by far one of the 5 strongest dancers of the rookie group this season. Ava apologised and continued working on herself. I hope she does make the team and if not I hope she tries again next year because she would most definitely make a good DCC. She is such an impressive dancer.
I think there is another post that came to their attention that is more recent. She may be a ambassador risk. She is a great dancer but is at many times ahead of the others. I think if she gets cut it may be a good thing so she can work on the timing and make it next year (Like Tori)
Is it true that Kelli and Judy gave a bad word about Alora Rose to the Rockettes directors during the audition process and that's why she didn't make it back on the Rockettes?
I really dislike Kellie and Judy for airing out Alora-rose business on the show. That did not have to be aired, now look at what’s going to happen when she’s auditions for high class dancing jobs. What Alora did was no different from anyone applying to different jobs and going through a couple interviews procedures. The girls don’t get paid enough for how much they are expected to do so I truly respect Alora’s decision. Although I wouldn’t be surprised if they made a few calls to decline her spot on the rockettes.
Lol Alora knows what she signed up for. And Kelli and Judy aren't annoyed that she decided to audition for the Rockettes, they are annoyed that she waited until the end of week 9 to "tell" them. Thr Rockettes auditions would take place after TC so if she made the team, them what?. AR messed up and these are the qonsequences. And Rockettes didnt take her bake because she simply wasn't good enough. She was a rockette in the 2017-2018 season and even Jacie Scott said that she took a year of to prepare for her audition
I 100% believe Alora-Rose never WANTED to be a DCC in the first place. She used it (as Julia wanted also) to utilize DCC as a stepping stone for her future career in dance. Shameful.
I feel the exact same. That was the vibe I got from her last season. Definitely messed up to continue to string everyone else along especially while cuts were already being made. 3:34 - 3:40 PREACH jUDY..... She echoes the comments on all videos from the earlier seasons :))))
Right. The competition now is next level. The dancing is past seasons seems so elementary compared to now
Judy, grown women also dream of getting a pair of those boots... maybe in another life 😂
Why do they show Alora Rose getting cut and Lisa leaving but they still won't show why they cut Amanda?
Rumor has it that Amanda didn't want to get the Vax which is mandated by NFL. They tent not to show "controversial" topic for negative ratings/backlash purposes.
@@middlevilla That's unfortunate.
Nataly Cantor omg what!!!
@@middlevilla They are probably trying to protect themselves, but maybe it is better for Amanda. She might have gotten in the middle of a heated debate.
She probably didn’t want the vaccine for whatever reason, if they had shown that it would have become controversial (which would alienate their fans in some way depending on what side they’re on) it wouldn’t have been a good look for Amanda who probably would have received hate probably but also it would have looked terrible for the cowboys. When they’re really all just trying to do what they love
Be nice to pick all 36 and pick one alternate out of the 36 the cheerleader gets injured in the season to alternate can step in
@dorenelewis - I think that's what they're leaning towards, difficult to justify a cut when all the dancers are exceptional.
That is what Allstars are for
Yesssssss! That's how I started out even though I got cut but I was a call back later in the summer of 91 at the time I cheer for a different NFL team but when I audition I got cut I was a call back later in the summer changed my life forever I came in as an alternate best time of my life a cheer 7 consecutive years and I started out as a janitor cleaning NFL football stadium for a living before a decade earlier before I made it
I support Alora Rose wanting to go back to NY.
I agree. Southern aren’t really made for NYC tbh.
Omggg you cant compare trying out for DCC to the Rockettes...the Rockettes are elite dancers...ballerinas and tappers.
Also the fact that they even admitted Meredith as a DCC when she was horrible shows you how low their standards are.
@@donnalasala48 Meredith would've been a great Rockette. For dcc she just was not right. And you're right, their standards are flawed. They are more concerned with looks than skill.
@@nylotus No Meredith had a lot of memory mistakes...Rockettes wouldve never taken her...they are perfection. They all dance identical. Meredith would stand out like a sore thumb.
They should have NEVER picked Alora Rose over established vets like Brennan and Hannah. She wasn't better. It's called Karma for Kelli. I only wish she'd made Rockettes and then dropped you guys.
Lol better than Brennan? Sorry but Alora is a better dancer than Brennan 😂
I'll give you Hannah, but, Brennan? really? 😄😄😄
It’s wrong to do it at the same time!

I checked out the Rockettes and they do something called eye high kicks. I think DCC kicks r higher and in heavy boots
Kelli actually once gave the difference between Rockettes high kicks and DCC high kicks. She said Rockettes kick shoulder level while DCC kick forehead level.
Have Judy and Kelli’s salaries been released publicly?
No. I’ve looked

Ava, Kleine, Lea and Ashlinn have been my favorites. I really hope Ava doesn't get cut.
I think Ava gets cut. You can look at their roster online and I don't see her name.
Judy said on this show the squad was 36 or maybe an extra if someone gets hurt?. So why was she cut? It is totally unwarranted and grossly unfair.
@@cherylbean521 I'm assuming it was something she posted on social media, despite being warned prior to keep it cleaned up. They've questioned her maturity level, which, yes, she's very young, but DCC is all about protecting an image, and if she's continuing to post inappropriately, she's going to get cut.
Whatever Ava posted, this is the world we live in. What might not seem acceptable to Judy and Kelly might be acceptable to an 18 year old? There is the First Amendment.
@@cherylbean521 the first amendment protects you from prosecution or imprisonment for speech. It doesn’t do anything for keeping a job or having consequences.
I just saw an episode of The Rockettes that Alora Rose was interviewed about trying out for them.

My bf went to Fitch and we cant even go to a restaurant in Mystic without seeing 10 people he knows and im sure it is the same for her ! must have been sucky living in groton/nyc and having 1000 friends an hour a way to only the 36 girls on your team! ♥️ alora rose 🖤❤️🖤❤️
I am really disappointed in the way Alora Rose handled that. She’s going to look really silly if she doesn’t make the Rockettes.
She didn’t make it.
she only made DCC cause she's pretty...If she thought she'd made Rockettes (a much harder team to make) based on talent, she's not very bright.
PS... she didn't make Rockettes
@@BIGBOYMATD Wow!!! I’m not sure what the big deal is with the Rockettes. I don’t know too much about them, but they look kind of boring compared to DCC.

She didn't
@@pennyparham4123 aw. That's too bad.
I was surprised she made it last year, they cut a lot of talented girls to keep her cause she's pretty.
I think the most technical dancers aren’t good at modeling and are stiff is because they’re technical lol it’s like a ballerina trying to do hip hop they’re stiff at first
I much prefer the full episode not this overtime as it only shows the best not all
Ngl I don’t like the idea of Ava maybe getting cut from the team because of her immaturity on that one video.
@@EmVee. hmm maybe but did episode 9 come out already I’m from the uk so it takes awhile before I can view episodes.

Didn't alora rose compete last year ? I just watch the UA-cam clips
♥️
Judi just repeats what Kellie says. Duh.
Who are the vets in trouble?
Last season when they cut Hannah, Lily, Meredith, and Brennan. It's a recap.
None of the vets have been in trouble, Alora Rose got cut/stepped down because she wanted to go back to the Rockettes.

Ava is great! Massive mistake not picking her

Seems like she just wanted stay to see if she made it or not so she’d still have dcc to bounce back on in case she didn’t make it.
I really dont see whats wrong with that, as long as she does well and stays the year

Im pretty sure I read somewhere or watched a video where the cheerleaders say they are paid extra for the interviews and time spent on the flow and during training/games etc.

lol, well now she's not a DCC OR Rockette, so tell us again how smart her choice was?
Alora-Rose auditioned for both DCC & The Rockettes & didn’t make either of them which is hilarious! I’m glad she was cut! Bye traitor!
I want to know!! Does AVA get cut?
I’ve think she should.
yup.
Alora Rose was an idiot, and got greedy. ANY job that requires an extremely strict audition process, like the Rockettes and the DCC, requires you to do only ONE of them at a time. You do NOT break that unwritten natural law, under ANY circumstances, and that's what Alora Rose did. The smarter play for Alora Rose would've been to go through the DCC, and if she got cut from the DCC (or after the NFL season is over, if she makes it back), THEN she can audition for the Rockettes in New York, and NEVER come back to Dallas (unless the Rockettes are on tour there).
