Hey DB-tech, love your videos! Recently, I've been exploring some AI-powered tools, particularly Cursor and Windsurf, which are VS Code forks with built-in AI. Thanks to these, I've been able to create and self-host almost any app I can think of-even though I have no prior coding experience! It’s been an insanely empowering journey. I’d love to see you dive into this topic, especially focusing on self-hosting and Docker. Keep up the amazing work!
Ah, I wish I saw this before I exported and imported my google keep to obsidian. Would be interesting if there was an export to collaborate with obsidian.
Obsidian is an interesting choice to replace Google Keep, given that Keep is designed for short-form, quick-access notes. But I also wish to keep all my notes in one place.
anyone else getting a "Error response from daemon: unknown log opt 'max-file' for journald log driver" in portainer and wih docker compose form cmd? I commented out logging but now no ports
I can say i don't want ai near my stuff and that's true but i will also add to it say it this way: I don't want ai anywhere near my stuff unless i am the one who trained that ai.
Like your content @DBTech but reading from the main page degrade quality and usefulness. It is less interesting too when you read from the page instead of putting in words your personal experience. I hope as well your target audience can read. That being said, we know you can do much better, so let's get back to the track and make intersting stuff once again ;) Cheers
Normally I don't read what's on the page and actually say something like, "you guys are smart enough for me to not need to read this to you." Sometimes, like in this video, I read things like this to *make sure* people understand what is going on. It was a deliberate choice this time to read it. But, even with me reading exactly what was on the page, some people still didn't get it, so I guess it is what it is. I'm damed if I do and I'm damned if I don't.
Finally a nice note taking app to replace simplenote
Use notion or obsidian

Kinda similar to memos. Nice to see the 2FA option. I may migrate from memos to blinko if it got mobile app.
No local AI option? Just Open AI? I'll try it if let me use my Ollama API
Yes the newest version has been support the Ollama

Niiiice!!! Really liked it!
Integration with Nextcloud could be really powerful.
Hola saludos desde CDMX 🙌
I agree, dark mode makes your video less readable.
You are the best!

Basically another memos
Yeah, I was hoping it was a combination of both Memos and Obisidian - but it looks like glorified Memos
Dark mode is fine

AI, LTT - skip 🤣 and back to Memos.
