This workshop will focus on communicating with native plant spirits living in the Pacific Northwest. We will meet and work with local wild plants, including ones growing on the event site land.
Together we will practice telepathic exercises, designed to open our hearts and communication skills, and to invite a deeper connection to the wisdom of our native plant teachers and healers.
During a nature walk, we will discover which plants want to work with us individually, by sharing their personal wisdom and advice through a conversation. With their permission, we can then make a plant or flower essence to bring home, to reconnect with the plant later. Their vibrational energy will also remind us of our gratitude
for their continuing support and wisdom, while helping us to honor and protect the compassionate plant beings that choose to live in our area.
The intention of this work shop is to help deepen our personal relationships with nature and the fairy realm, through kinship with our new native plant allies.
Robyn Bluemmel was born and raised in NW Oregon in the 1950s. She has divided her time between gardening, growing native plants, and making plant medicines from the age of 16. She is a plant and animal communicator, commercial artist, designer and illustrator. In 2020 she completed a thirteen-year journey, and promise to the plant world by publishing her book Native Plant Spirit Wisdom: Messages from the Plant World. To accompany the book, she created a deck of 34 illustrated and hand painted botanical divination cards.
