My brother who is 70 years of age had kidney and colon cancer. Had a kidney removed and has recovered a year ago. However he’s afraid to get moving again. He says his abdomen is sore after a year. He said it’s painful when he tries to exercise. What can I suggest that he does to begin him getting back on track. I’m surprised that he hasn’t gotten that information upon leaving the hospital last year. He also has some back problems that may limit his abilities to perform certain exercises. I’ve suggested some small movements but he’s afraid that he’s still healing and may do damage. I’m not a professional so I don’t want to advise him wrong. But I’ve shared what you’re saying so I feel good about that.
It seems as though he’s slowly giving up and that’s breaking my heart.
Thank you so much for this video. It is so helpful.

I had a radical right nephrectomy 30th of july 2024 to remove a 2.2kg kidney cancer chromophobe and 2months after and im still struggling to have the energy to even walk. I was fit before cancer and not even being able to walk my block with out fatigue is depressing. I am seeing a counselor. Bur what gets me down even more is the skin numbness in my right thigh then really bad pain in the pain in the leg. I also dont know if related but bad groin pain. Im seeing my surgeon for a follow up but any extra info is welcom
