My guess isthat almost all states will end up doing this. More than 70% disagreed with overturning Roe v Wade.

What will you say when right-wing politicians make it a federal law banning all abortions, even those that would save the mother's life, and then the new religious SCOTUS upholds the new federal law as constitutional? See, your comment makes it sound like you care about states' rights, so if you were a decent, rational human being, you would be mad when they make it a federal ban. Another point is that the older RULING by SCOTUS said it is between the woman and the doctor and no one else. Individual rights have now been trumped by whoever is in charge of your state. I hope you are ok then with the state saying you no longer have a right to own guns, as the interpretation of the 2nd amendment is based on a right-wing SCOTUS. One day there might be more liberals on SCOTUS, and we will all lose our right to protect ourselves.
