While I agree that the gulf is irreparable, I think most Americans aren't lunatics and aren't really on the "right" side of that split.
We don't need to repair that divide, we just need to cleave them from normal society, like a cancerous growth, by clearly exposing how the leaders in the conservative party are now completely out of their minds.
Trump: I don't know my former cabinet members and others from my administration who wrote a huge part of the policy book and star in training videos, nor do I remember gushing over it multiple times on camera and at least one AT the heritage foundation.

I would welcome Pete to Canada! We do have our differences in politics and policy here, but Canada never, never disrespects the other side. We are so respectful. I just watched Barack Obamas eulogy for John McCain. I cried. Now that reminds me of Canada……respect for everyone.

He has command of the issues, eloquence in his speech, and he stands his ground against the most annoying, persistent interviewers. What he does differently than so many, is he enters, maintains and leaves with respect for his interviewer and his audience. I'd call him a heavy hitter.

So Trump just randomly has the author of Project 2025 on his plane with him, takes pictures with him, speaks at The Heritage Foundation, has fund raisers for them, the secretly recorded video of the author telling the potential donors how trump is very supportive of them and he shares the same views as they do but he knows nothing about it? He never lies, so I guess I believe him. 😂😂😂😂😂
Most have some dealings with him but he always denies it . And of course he won't lie will he 😅😅😅
He may share some of the same views as they do, which would be common at any conservative event just as Kamala would share views in a democratic event. However if you actually read all of P2025 there are quite a few economic policies in that agenda that it would be difficult to claim Trump supports. Such as how in the energy chapter P2025 calls for the elimination of all federal funding for R&D in all energy sectors, under the belief that the private sector can manage R&D better than any government program. This is an anarcho-capitalist position - trump is a lot of things, but anarcho capitalism is not one of them. There are several members of the Heritage foundation that share more of these view points hence why that organization also has strong ties to the Libertarian party. Trump as a candidate who has promised increased funding for oil and gas, its gonna be hard to claim that Trump would support this energy policy.
What yall are doing is like claiming Harris's campaign is based on the communist manifesto because some democrats in her band made a blog post about the policy and wrote that this agenda has some merits.
In reality it is in fact possible for presidential candidates to have their wholly seperate plans from the people in their campaign or executive staff.
