Hey Janine, loved this advise. Retail is sucking AND CLOSING. Add on declining spendable income is getting smaller which is all customers. I got into Tiny Homes 4 years ago and spent all of my savings ... well one day I realized that getting zoning approval was never going to happen. I moved on. I have been an entrepreneur and also focused on "solving a problem".
