It seems that it doesn't work, if you are a tall person.
if you want big strong powerfull glutes. Forget hip thrusts. Really. Athletic movements like sprinting, jumping, throwing will develop glute not this.

It's a logical conclusion.
Just look wich people have the biggest glutes in general? I would say athletes who do some form of power sport/movements.
Especially sprinters, jumpers, throwers (track&field), also american football, basketball, soccer.

squats very likely will, if done properly.
But the people with the biggest glutes are athletic freaks who don't need/do any lifting. They use theire glutes in a different/more effective way. Genetics play a role of course.

I couldnt strap myself on the machine at all. Why is this machine built for women with tiny pelvises wtf. Have a adjustable belt not a fixed length wtf.
