    You are God Sent. There are many people who "try" to give you the ins/outs of Chamberlain but you really break it down. Congrats!

      I have a question do you have to get a 70 on each subject taking the hesi test? I wish I could call you since I will
      Be going to the same school in GA

      You have to get a 73 total on the HESI (average of all The subsections). If you are wanting to transfer classes in, that you got a C/C- you will have to get at least a 75 in those subjects.

    This cost is outrageous. I got my BSN in 1995 and my last semester's tuition for 12 units was about $950 at a state university. Try to get into a public school if you can. Go to these private schools as a last resort.

    • @MelisaMarie
      @MelisaMarie  Рік тому +1

      Yes, I encourage community colleges for an ADN and letting your hospital pay for that BSN! But for some people the private route it’s the only option. They gotta be prepared in that case or it’ll be a WASTE OF MONEY if they can’t pay for the whole thing… because those credits will not transfer anywhere.

    Do you have to fully paid your tuition every semester or it can be carried over to your next semester?

    • @MelisaMarie
      @MelisaMarie  3 роки тому +1

      You have to fully pay every session, so in 8 week increments. If you are paying cash they will require payments in week 5 and 8. They probably would drop you from all classes if they saw their tuition dollars missing. 😭

      Chamberlain accepts most community college credits but others it will not. Look at the curriculum plan and count the number of non-NR classes. You will have your answer.

      It depends on what classes you took. Did you take science gen Ed’s? (Like A&P, micro, psychology, etc) I’m not familiar with the exact clases that a MA degree requires. And thank you! God bless. 🤗

    Hi Melisa, is it true that they give grants if you're in certain states?

    • @MelisaMarie
      @MelisaMarie  2 роки тому

      They have certain grants, yes. They mostly offer to only new students. They have them for academic purposes and also financial need. It also depends on the campus too. Check in with a student services advisor so that you can get the accurate details for the campus you are interested!

      Are you already an RN? I think WGU and chamberlain are comparable in costs for RN to BSN.
