The Abandoned Hayswood Hospital

I visited the Haunted Haywood Hospital in Maysville, Kentucky. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get inside today, however, I have plans of exploring inside soon!
Hayswood Hospital was originally opened in the 1800s as a school, but in the 1920s it was converted into a hospital and a large portion was added onto the existing structure. The hospital functioned well for years but due to its poor location and the growing population of the city of Maysville, this hospital was abandoned and a new one was built.
It is extremely expensive to tear down this structure and therefore nothing has happened with it since it was first abandoned. It has been bought and sold multiple times and was recently listed for sale in July 2021 for $800,000. The price has since been reduced to $399,000.
