This would be my nightmare lol I can't stand people watching me while I'm working, let alone filming!! Looks great though drywall is always such a big stage to get to
Congratulations look's great! Drywall finishers have a device called a banjo or does long seams [tape and mud at the same time]. They will have your house done in a day when they come. Congratulations again now you are halfway, little more to competition
My what a difference that dry wall is making. Your creation Andrew is coming together and looking great. I am so happy for you and Tiffany. Great things for great people. Take care and enjoy your weekend. 🇨🇦
Holy drywall, they did that quick! Inspection for screw placement, that's new to me. Looking like a home guys...I might need to go back and change my move in date. LOL
Awesome episode!!! Personally I think every episode should end with Tiffany's reaction, do to the fact she works away from home. I hope she realizes what a trooper Andrew is in tackling this project. Great job guys!!!
Huge difference, I remember when you had to takedown the first wall because you forgot to put the seal on the bottom. It's been a enjoyable experience. Drywall finished, wood ceilings, electrical installed, floor layed, your ready. You learned to eat a elephant one bite at a time a long time ago. You can use the next 5days to finish the sideing. ✔️✔️✔️✔️
Wow it is so beautiful and Miss Tiffany hasn’t even put her decorating touches on it yet..if you ever decide to sell please let this Canadian snow bird know lol ..great video Andrew
What a different look but in a good way, the drywall crew are amazingly fast. Getting closer to finishing everyday now, the house looks great and very big.
Drywall really changes the look. Good crew. They knew what they were doing. On to taping and mud. Congratulations major step. Think how long it would have taken you if you tried to do it. Stay safe
Wow 😳 what a difference a day makes. Im so happy for the two of y’all. I’m love seeing Tiffany’s reaction on the change. Andrew you should get a magnet and save all the screws off the floor.
Thx for the link Andrew! 'What a difference a day makes' This is an exciting transformation. And, yes, it looks much larger with the drywall. I can't believe how quickly they got it up.
The house is absolutely awesome, such a difference !! It's crazy how they have team for hanging then a team for taping. I didn't know a screw inspection existed. Well, since you have five days before you can get a inspection, you will hopefully have time to get caught up on other things or maybe just relax a little ? !
Andrew it does look different! You've been so particular about how everything is done when your doing it, which is great, and they work like an assembly line. I'll take your job over theirs anytime not that their work is bad.
Now you see that you see the mess they made, that’s why I said to remove the screens, and when they do the mudding be prepared for the mess they will leave behind, if it was me I would get paper to put on the floor, believe me the clean up will be a ton easier if you put paper down, get the thicker paper from your big box store.
That’s a pretty huge change. It Looks awesome. When you were talking about the staircase going up to the loft he forgot to talk about the fire pole and the zip line. With all the drywall and everything in there now it also looks like you could do a swing off of that deal beam and swing out over the living room. 😂
you know, now that the drywall is up and we can see how the trusses look, if you ever have any artwork put on the walls, that truss will be a great place to mount the custom spot lighting that you need to make artwork look great. It would also look good there. Edit, listening to you walk around in the loft, you can hear it. When you put the finish flooring in, I would recommend using a flooring that has an underfloor padding layer.
clean up the screws and scraps, leave the powder if you can stand it because that's your non-stick for the drywall mud which will fall on the floor. or in the end you can take a floor sander and sand the slab which works good too👍
Congrats bud big step... for your inspector on screw patterns film it and pictures. You should pass. And get them in to patch it. The worst they can do is from the pictures say need more screws but let's face it. It's easy fix. You got your Bill's to what screws you bought. Take picture of fallen screws on ground to show it was used. That one is odd to inspect. The only thing is concerned is they did not put the mold resistence all the way up in kitchen and used it in bedroom. Normaly they like the mold resistence on full walls in kitchens and bathrooms
looks great!!! So awesome when the sheetrock is done. Makes it feel like a house at that point. Doing the mudding will take a minimum of 2 days to give it time to dry and sand, most likely 3 days. Mess with the sheetrocker and tell him you expect a level 5 finish for the price he gave you. See what he says....
I'm amazed at all the uses of a standard plastic 5-gallon bucket. He could sure walk it. Yea, the County Boys/girls have a sweet job. Little old Bullet was wondering where his doggie door was. I'm curious though how did you and Tiff get up stairs when there is none? I'm excited for you guys. One step closer to that C of O.
Wow so happy for y’all .. it looks amazing , I could tell how excited Tiffany was and here wheels was turning when she was in the loft lol . Man o man looks so good and just think it gets even better as the weeks come . I didn’t see one strip of corner bead put up ?
We always put them on here but I guess things change over time . I never finish it just installed it for a couple years . Finish crew here just mud tape and sand . Hmmm
This almost brings a tear to my eye. I have been working on my sheetrock in my place for a few months. I am mentally blocked with this step of the build. I tried to get someone out to do it but I just couldn't find anybody to follow through on a quote. The only offer I for was very expensive. Your place looks amazing. Congrats on the place.
@@TKCL Thanks. I am learning, but the time im taking is not the best utilization of my time. I just finished watching the mudding video. I actually spoke with the company you used, they are pretty close to me. I think im going to reach out again and try to name drop ;), maybe ill get a response. I know they are all busy and my job isn't the biggest.
Things have slowed a lot in the housing industry, they might be available. Absolutely mention where you seen his crew, he's very familiar with me and the channel.
Well done. Looks great. Relative to the stairway to the lost, I’m sure someone has suggested a spiral staircase. Takes up a lot less room and has a cool look but they can be expensive to have them fabricated.
Looking good! Since Tiffany doesn't approve of using the man lift to access the Loft. Maybe Consider some of those fold away stairs like in Tiny houses where they fold up against the wall.
This would be my nightmare lol I can't stand people watching me while I'm working, let alone filming!! Looks great though drywall is always such a big stage to get to
Amazing, what a crew. You know what a backbreaking job that is...holy cow.
So glad I subbed it out.
Congratulations look's great! Drywall finishers have a device called a banjo or does long seams [tape and mud at the same time]. They will have your house done in a day when they come. Congratulations again now you are halfway, little more to competition
Thank you
My what a difference that dry wall is making. Your creation Andrew is coming together and looking great. I am so happy for you and Tiffany. Great things for great people. Take care and enjoy your weekend. 🇨🇦
Thank you
Really looking like a home now, Tiffany sure looks excited of the change.
That dude's bucket game was amazing! 😆
Lol yes it was
Huge, Huge impact day!!! Instantly starting to look like a house now!!!
I'm guessing that you are happy that you hired this job out ! Love the way it looks!😍
Yes I am
Wow looking amazing.
But there you have a great team as craftsmen that you have accomplished this work in a short time. Congratulations on this construction phase.
Thank you
I bet you are extremely glad you sealed off your air ducts. All that dust is part of it. You had a good crew to knock it out that fast.
Yes sealing is a must
Holy cow!! Amazing! Brother it just keeps getting more and more real
So excited for you.Your house is going to be beautiful!
Holy drywall, they did that quick! Inspection for screw placement, that's new to me. Looking like a home guys...I might need to go back and change my move in date. LOL
So amazing to watch the progress of your home from start to this point the dry wall makes all the difference. Love it 💕💕
Awesome video looks great !!!!!all I see was tiffany smile for ear to ear on my 60Inch tv things are moving along
Lol
What a transformation. Getting there little by little Andrew.
Awesome episode!!! Personally I think every episode should end with Tiffany's reaction, do to the fact she works away from home. I hope she realizes what a trooper Andrew is in tackling this project. Great job guys!!!
The building is becoming more like a home everyday now.
Yes it is
I have never heard of a dry wall inspection before.
Me either, but it's required.
That house looks amazing. What a huge difference the drywall made. Wow
Way to many expectations... it is looking good for sure..👍
OMG OMG It's all looking so good!!! So thrilled for y'all!!!
Thank you
The smile on Tiffany's face at the end of this video makes everything worth it! Great job.
Wow looks great.
AWESOMESAUCE!!!! Tiffany's excitement priceless! Even Bullet had a pep in his step!
That was crazy fast hanging all that drywall. Looks awesome
The huge smile on Tiffany's face says it all. Congratulations on this gigantic step forward. The floor plan is perfect. Happy day!
Wow! What a change! I love it! Your home is going to be beautiful!🇺🇸
What an incredible difference Andrew. Congratulations, this is a significant milestone in your project.
Thank you very much for the support
Looks great and heck you'll have a home ready to move in soon.
Wow it is so beautiful and Miss Tiffany hasn’t even put her decorating touches on it yet..if you ever decide to sell please let this Canadian snow bird know lol ..great video Andrew
Hi, Andrew and Tiffany! That’s the fastest I have ever seen sheet rock go up. See y’all tomorrow night.
Awesome! I'm excited for you!
What a different look but in a good way, the drywall crew are amazingly fast. Getting closer to finishing everyday now, the house looks great and very big.
That is the difference between hourly pay and square foot pay! Really looking good. Thanks for sharing your story with us.
That guy on the bucket doing dry wall was skill in it self. Looking great. God Bless
Yes it was, God bless
Drywall really changes the look. Good crew. They knew what they were doing. On to taping and mud. Congratulations major step. Think how long it would have taken you if you tried to do it. Stay safe
Thank you
A good dry wall crew is worth every penny for the speed and professional finish.
The view from the loft is amazing! Can’t wait to see the ceiling completed.
What a change.
Wow 😳 what a difference a day makes. Im so happy for the two of y’all. I’m love seeing Tiffany’s reaction on the change. Andrew you should get a magnet and save all the screws off the floor.
I did, over 1lb of screws went in my bin
Awesome! Looking good and the guys did a good job! 👍🏼
Thx for the link Andrew!
'What a difference a day makes'
This is an exciting transformation. And, yes, it looks much larger with the drywall. I can't believe how quickly they got it up.
I was shocked too
you might want to check on the drywall on ceiling. Fire barrier is required and i dont think tongue and grove counts.
I sure hope that isn't the case
Congrats on this next step accomplished! Looking great! The men doing the work, amazing! Drywall is VERY HARD work. Kudos to the workers!
Huge difference. Looks awesome. So happy for you guys. Now it’s starting to get real. Let the fun begin.
The house is absolutely awesome, such a difference !! It's crazy how they have team for hanging then a team for taping. I didn't know a screw inspection existed. Well, since you have five days before you can get a inspection, you will hopefully have time to get caught up on other things or maybe just relax a little ? !

all it took was 5 hours I call that lightining fast yall will enjoy that new house good to see mrs tiffany again yall be safe makin it great again
Extremely fast
Congrats Dude!!
Thank you
WOW!!!!! Can not wait to see the finish of the drywall.
Looks good Andrew, but hats off to that drywall crew !
Looks Fantastic! Congrats you all. Gosh seems like it was just a few weeks ago when I remember you putting up the first framing studs. WOW!
It does seem like it's flying
Congrats, guys!!
Thank you
What a difference with the drywalls.
The house is coming right along
Now you see that you see the mess they made, that’s why I said to remove the screens, and when they do the mudding be prepared for the mess they will leave behind, if it was me I would get paper to put on the floor, believe me the clean up will be a ton easier if you put paper down, get the thicker paper from your big box store.
It looks awesome. I love that blue ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️💃💃💃💃🐬🐬🐬

lol they was dancin on buckets and everything!! yeah them boys are amazing!
Yes they are
The man on the 🪣. Wow!!!!
Right!
That made heck of a difference.. congratulations on this step and for many more to come
Thank you
What an amazing transformation after looking at framing for so long!! Congratulations. I'm excited and happy for you both!
Yes it changed overnight
The ceiling's in the bathroom should have been water resistant board because steam rises. That's why they had extra to put on the bedroom wall
I discussed with the owner first and was told it's not required on ceilings. FYI my ceilings are 5/8 sheet rock, walls are 1/2 inch.
What a transformation. I am throughoughly jealous of your pantry and closet. So excited for you guys.
I'm very excited for the pantry.
Moving right along.
Wow...and I mean WOW!

Absolutely putting down padding under the flooring. You also were hearing us crunch on the drywall bits and screws.
clean up the screws and scraps, leave the powder if you can stand it because that's your non-stick for the drywall mud which will fall on the floor. or in the end you can take a floor sander and sand the slab which works good too👍
You did a smart thing with having professional do the drywall, it’s done quickly, looks great and now you can focus on the finishes. Looking awesome!
I agree
How exciting.
now the real work begins...all the little tedious things! looks great!
That's exactly right
Oh Wow!!! It looks amazing!! 5days off??? That must be nice:) but good for them they can have a great time with their family and friends:) tfs:)
Wow! Happy dance time for your family. 👷💪💪
Amazing, amazing, amazing! Wow!

I wasn't sure where the mold resistance board went. That makes sense.
Strong! Beautiful
What an awesome day. Congratulations. I know this is a big step.
The Smile on your Wife's Face says it All.
Omg! Looks great!! You'll be in there before you know it!
Man those guys are killing it!! Amazing how they rock it whether on stilts, ladders and even buckets
Yes they got it going on
Wowser!! Looks amazing! That’s crazy fast!!👍💞
Awesome sir! Glad it is coming together for you!
Looks Awesome the drywall makes everything look so much bigger your family room is a nice size for that big screen TV until the next video 😎
Looks awesome y’all.
Thank you
So happy and excited for you guys👍👍👍👍❤️
Great!!! The lady of the manor is going to have some closet!!!
Yes she is!

I'm curious though how did you and Tiff get up stairs when there is none? I'm excited for you guys. One step closer to that C of O.
We have a attic ladder in the closet.
AMAZING!!! So worth the extra money, for the time you saved to move on to other things!! Congrats!!
Thank you
Absolutely beautiful and amazing job
Wow so happy for y’all .. it looks amazing , I could tell how excited Tiffany was and here wheels was turning when she was in the loft lol . Man o man looks so good and just think it gets even better as the weeks come . I didn’t see one strip of corner bead put up ?
The next crew will do the corner bead. They will tape and float the seams as well. This was just the hanging crew.
That's correct!
We always put them on here but I guess things change over time . I never finish it just installed it for a couple years . Finish crew here just mud tape and sand . Hmmm
The sheetrock looks good makes the house look bigger
I tell you what its coming together guys.
Thank you very much, sorry to hear about your delay.

I use to have a set at my business, worked well.
