Log in to your UA-cam Creative Studio. In the menu on the left, at the bottom, there's a Subtitles button. Then Select a video. Click Add Language Translation and select a language from the list.
I can imagine Lucifer watching Eve transform into the physical manifestation of evil after taking a bite out of the Forbidden Fruit and thinking to himself "What have I done?".
Charlie: Who… or what are you?!
Roo: How about an introduction my dear?
I theorize that in Vivienne's universe, the chains symbolize that deals originated from Roo.
Charlie: "Who... what...are you...?"
Roo: "Who I am you ask?"
Amd the song begins.
It wouldn't surprise me if Charlie is tricked into freeing or helping Roo down the road.
edit: She'd also take the time to rub it in Lucifer's face.

I like to imagine she is Eve or fused with Eve and this song is taking place while she’s fighting Charlie and at 2:49 she reveals how she came to be in the 1st place, the Eden Fiasco
I really cannot wait to see Roo as the main villain in Hazbin Hotel and see the terrible things she'll do to Charlie,Vaggie,and their friends and see how they will stop Roo,I hope it doesn't take that long for Roo to appear in Hazbin Hotel.
Vivzie has said that she's a looming force but she's an 'always watching' sort of villain, and there's theories that say the eyes are from Roo watching the events in hell happen

Im thinking this is Roo introducing herself to Al. The line "I was made from the mistakes, of your kind my dear" seems to imply the mistakes of man as in all of humanies evulz.
And ya know. Dear. Deer.
I rest my case.
If the theory that Roo is really Eve is true then I think it would be cool if she basically became the hell version of Adam. So that she basically starts the war with heaven and thus darkly reflects Adam and his extermination in hell.
I'm calling it: Alastor has a deal with her. Probably he originates somewhere only she can access and she demanded his services in exchange for his freedom. The favor that Alastor got out of Charlie will be used as part of a plan to free Roo.
Also all the souls killed by exorcists aren't really killed, but sent to Roo, empowering her, souls are immortal after all.

everytime i hear vizzie say "roo" or hazbin hotel fan say "roo" i always see the word "rue" in my mind instead.

I'm working on it. I don't have a release date yet. You just have to remember that I'm the only one doing stuff on my channel, so it takes a bit. I'm also scared it won't be as good as the Roo one, so I'm trying to make it sound as good as I can.
