- LITTLE STEVEN & and the Disciples of Soul 1982 live Essen/Germany "Lyin' In A Bed Of Fire" Vocals and Guitars: Little Steven -- Bass: Jean Beauvoir -- Drums: Dino Danelli -- Percussion: Monti Louis Ellison -- LaBamba's Mambomen / Miami Horns -- Keyboard: Benjy King
Dino Danelli: the most underrated drummer in all of rock & roll.
Thank you, Steven, for bringing The Rascals to Broadway.
Great peace of guitar work Miami Steve, and what A great band 🎙️🎸🎷🎹🎺🥁🎤🪘
The entire album that this tune opened with was recorded live like we see it here. It was a live-recorded album. Horns and all. This version really shows Steve's guitar genious (and his ability to put these musicians coherently together), Jean Bovoir's bass lines and Southsides Johnny's (maybe the ' Miami Horns) Juke's horns.
Absolutely AWSOME.
Steven is really amazing.
One of the geratest bands ever !!"
Thank you so much for posting this! I've been searching for it for a long time!
I love any and every video that Dino Danelli on it, and I will always love him .
Jean Beauvoir is so underrated!

@MikeR58 Yep. Definely one of the 5 I'd like to have if 'stranded on a desert island'.
I saw these guys at the Bayou in DC back in '82.
What a great live band they were!
@SaddleCat1 Men without Women is easily within my top 5 albums ever!
Stevie never seems to cease to amaze me. Thanks for posting
being nowhere is worse
Great song. Just love the times when rock was from the heart.
For real... Try getting a gig playing heartfelt music today. All they want is fake bluegrass. What a shitshow.
