Seems like they were not really prepared well for this interview and not being familiar with the actress and her personality. 😐
One of the interviewers starts off by pronouncing her name as Carla when it should be Cara. She seems to be a little irritated at the beginning but a lot of it is just her being sarcastic I think, but the interviewers don't get it. As the interview goes on they keep on asking rude questions even after she tries to be nice. I don't think she did anything wrong. She kept it together even though the interviewers did a bad job in my opinion.
This is a good one, curious, would you ever do an analysis one like this on the Zac Efron and Taylor Swift Full Ellen interview?

She comes off as a sociopath. Yes, the hosts are cheesy, but that's morning TV hosts. They weren't "rude" (except for thoughtlessly getting her name wrong). As they rightfully point out, her job is to promote the movie and be positive. That's why she's paid the big money. She's not doing her job here.
What?? The hosts aren't cheesy, they're incredibly patronizing and rude.
They start off suggesting that she is either too self important or too stupid to read the book that accompanies a movie in which she plays a main role.
The follow up question about whether it's easier to remember things if she's constantly busy, is another jab, and diminishes what had to be a tremendous amount of work that she puts into being successful. All of these assumptions about a person who they didn't bother learning enough about to pronounce her name correctly.
If anyone ever put me in this position, I would be pissed too. I think, given the circumstances, she tried to answer their questions in a tolerant way while also checking them on the absolute absurdity of what they were asking her.

Carla is a spoiled entitled and rude person. Grew up with too much money I guess.
They are cheesy morning show hosts doing their job. Being enthusiastic.
