The Quest For A GIANT Tiger Trout Continues! Adventuring in the first snow of the season

The family joined me for an adventure to a remote lake that takes some effort to hike into, but the fishing can definitely be worth it. This spot is known for some truly monster tiger trout! With snow starting to fall and a chill in the air, the setting was absolutely magical. I’m still learning the best techniques to reel in these giants, and while we did hook into one, it’s all part of the journey.
