"my handy-dandy where'd it go?" 😂 I love those moments when you're working on something. you set it down right next to you, you turn around and then it just runs away
Seeing all that paint spattered over your hours and hours of labor warranted a good crying session, but you just cleaned it up promptly. The results are both authentically vintage and beautiful!
Love the bathroom. Vintage WOW!
Oh I definitely would have had a good cry session after that... while scrubbing paint and laughing at the same time.
Spoon glad Elaine is OK! People have permanently injured themselves or even died falling in bathrooms. Waiting to see if I tore ligaments in my arm after falling on concrete doing DIY this past Friday.
Our Victorian home has the same type of old toilet. When we remodeled, I thought of changing it out. My dad was like "that's a REAL toilet! They don't make them like that anymore. I'm not replacing it!" To which I now agree.
Great video BTW.
Your vintage reproduced bathroom is more tasteful than a bunch of the untouched vintage restrooms I’ve seen and I’m glad it isn’t pink for once.
Love, love, love the bathroom, from top to bottom. My absolute favourite, if I had to choose, is the floor as I have always loved small hexagonal tiles, but really, I love everything you did. My favourite era is Art Deco and this makeover just screams of the period. Can’t wait to see what you work on next. By the way, I am so glad you weren’t hurt, Laine. The outcome of your fall could have been really bad. Until next time, take care and stay safe and well. With best wishes from Down Under 😘💕🇦🇺
Art deco is my favorite too!
Whoa! You’re from Australia?! Oh I love your country!!! So glad you’re fans of Our Restoration too!!!
The bathroom looks so clean and fresh. I was imagining myself in there with the window open and a candle going in the evening with the hue of a sunset shining in the window listening to the robins singing their evening songs. Absolutely beautiful.
Bathroom looks lovely and love the pretty curtains and how positive you guys are, if i dropped that paint after all that hard work, i think i would of had a bit of a meltdown.
I agree with your comment but then I would have blown my brains out LOL... just kidding, but yes I would have been mad for days.
@@Bay6768 😂😂
We bought one of those snap cutters at Lowes and used it until the cutter got dull. A new replacement cutter cost about the same price (around $20) as a whole new unit. So we donated the old one and went back to Lowes. I happened to mention we could buy a whole new tool for about the same price as a replacement cutter. He says they always have a spare cutter inside the handle. Dang I wish we had known that!
I didn't know that either! Thanks for sharing.
Glad you kept the old fixtures. They add to the charm.
Oh my goodness you’ve brought back wonderful memories here . I was a very young single mum . Painting my first little cottage getting it all pretty with secondhand furniture and auction finds from family. It was the 80’s and when I say there was a type of mushroom pink shade that was all 80’s you’ll know it I’m sure . I was using an old outdoor table as a trestle to reach the tops of walls ( very safety - not) . A friend popped in to see how it was going and bring me some of her cake she’d made for a chat and cuppa . She walks in I go to step off said table table tips and in perfect slow motion the paint can arched up spilling up the wall the couch the pictures on the wall and sloshes down over her head to land upright on the coffee table . There she is paint dripping from her glasses onto the cake . We looked at each other and howled with laughter , the baby woke and howled too . To this day we cannot talk about it without tears of laughter . 31 years later . Perfect arc couldn’t have choreographed it for a movie
This video about the bath make-over brought back so many memories to me. I was on a ladder painting my bath, and fell off the last two ladder steps! Broke my knee, spilled the paint, and cried! I can laugh now because you two lovebirds make life's little mistakes seem like a walk in the park! God bless both of you for your positive attitudes, and work ethics! I hope that this inspires other people as well! Great job! Love the colors!
The vintage things in the medicine cabinet was a heck of a touch! What a fabulous way to keep, preserve and honor the items in that home! Really sorry about that awful painting accident but HOLY WOW IT LOOKS KNOCKOUT AWESOME
Plan for the worst, hope for the best. That's what I say. Our bathroom took over a year. Luckily we had two. 🤣 Your bathroom looks amazing. ❤🤍💙
I have so been there with the oopsie paint spill, glad you weren't hurt!
I adore those Jadite green tones that go throughout Miss Janie, that color--*chefs kiss*!!!
I am so glad you didn't injure yourself. That said - you two crack me up. The best thing to do is just laugh it off. You guys did that with style. I love the new look in the bathroom.
Glad that you are okay after that fall, can’t imagine both the physical pain and the emotional pain of going through that, on top of splattered paint on the tile. The final result looks fantastic though, especially with the pattern of the mosaic tile.
OMG! My heart just sank when I saw that paint splattered all over your beautiful tile. I'm so glad Laine was not hurt...thank God. The room turned out fantastic...love it!
Oh man, I never trust color matches when it comes to paint. I ALWAYS paint a small patch and let it dry to make sure I know what the final color is going to be before I paint everything. It saves so much time and effort if it's not right! But everything looks fabulous.
They even have peel
and stick paint samples now
@@audrab27 Really?! It's been a really long time since I had to buy paint!
@@amberthistle2803 yes and it comes in big squares it's new and they might not have every color under the sun yet but they have a lot.
Yes! I tiled in my younger days. No lessons. No internet or UA-cam! I just jumped in and did it. It made me more apt to jump in and do many more things I’d never done before. The bathroom looks beautiful.
So beautiful! The two toned window actually adds to the look and the curtain really pulls everything together. Love it all
I already thought the bathroom turned out pretty cute, but that curtain and the little wicker table really set it off!!! It’s SOOOoooo pretty now!
❤️ that tiled floor!!!!
I've fallen while stepping off a painting platform onto my back but unfortunately landed on a stepping stool and had a ride in an ambulance to the hospital! You are very fortunate that you didn't hurt yourself!! I cried a little when I saw your paint splatter! Inspite of the mishaps, you did an amazing job!! Love it!!
OH my gosh I just love the improvising with painting the trim white. It really made the room, the window just POP!!!
Maybe when working around a bathtub, you could install a cleat around the top of the tub, lay a piece of plywood on top of the cleats to make a platform (maybe with legs supporting the non-wall bathtub edge). If access to the faucet for water was needed, the plywood could be cut short to accommodate a gap for water. You'd have an easy, temporary platform to work on. It would also allow you to place a step ladder on it for painting the walls and ceiling over the tub and/or if there was a light fixture over the tub and be used to set things down, off the floor. The platform could be removed when you were tiling the easily reached areas by removing the platform. The plywood could be attached to the cleat with one or two screws to make it easily removed and later reattached, if needed. Just an idea for future projects.
My goodness, what a transformation! It’s just gorgeous! Love love love hex tiles and I’m crazy for that pattern you created. Everyone has done that paint oopsie but so much work! What a relief you weren’t hurt.
I love that pattern on the floor. This reminds me of my great aunts bathroom, except it was in lavender. The prettiest soft light purple tiles, all the fixtures were lavender and the walls were white. Must have cost her a fortune for the fixtures in that color, tile matched too around the tub, but I loved that bathroom.
Ooh, the lavender fixtures sound so pretty with the white walls. I’d say she loved it too because she might have had to special order the fixtures? My Auntie Vera, may she be resting in peace, had a white bathroom with pale green fixtures. I loved the colour! She worked in a commercial laundry and raised two children on her own. She met my uncle and they eventually married. She’s a source of inspiration for me. Have a lovely day.
I saw a modern renovation show on tv and thought of you guys! This young couple took sledgehammers to their old kitchen stuff and my first thought was "Don't smash that stuff! Someone else might recycle it and that would cover some of the renovation costs!". Keep up the cool work guys!
So Gorgeous!! Thank you Laine for showing the tool you used to cut your tile as I wouldn’t be using power saws either and I didn’t know there was a tool like that. So glad you didn’t hurt yourself falling, bless your heart. Love the way the bathroom turned out! Another masterpiece by Kevin and Laine.
Each room just gets better and better! I can see Miss Janie sitting in her new lovely living room beaming from ear to ear. I'll bet when she walked passed that bathroom with poor Laine half in and half out of the tub, covered in paint, she giggled a little behind her gloved hand as she peeked in. I'm sure she loves seeing the two of you laughing and enjoying the time fixing her up! Even on the days when hysterrible events happen! Beautiful job! It looks fantastic.
Good job y’all!! OMG I’m glad you didn’t get seriously hurt 😳. That bathroom is super cute!! Thanks for sharing sharing 💞
You outdid yourselves in this Bathroom Missy, I'm glad you didn't hurt yourself. Everything looks pristine and authentic. Well Done! Bravo! You get a standing ovation from me.
That spilled paint moment...I FELT that. Been there. You at least filmed yourself handling it much more gracefully and adult like than I would have. ESPECIALLY it being at the end and all the exhaustion and weariness. Way to Adult! Thank YOU for both being so authentic and human and full of goodness.
When we worked above our bathtub we put a heavy piece of plywood on the top of the tub and you could stand there easily. That wouldn’t help much though when you did your dismount onto the pitcher🤷🏼♀️
Beautiful and charming! I actually love the white trim around the window and doors. I’m so glad you weren’t hurt in that fall, Laine. With all the hard surfaces, it could have been very bad! You two are lots of fun to watch and I’m happy I found your channel.🌸
We raised our kids in an old farmhouse we'd fixed up out in the country, that was a bit Victorian. At the time I exposed the shiplap underneath torn wallpaper, refused to paint that dark woodwork, and filled it with old pieces, antiques and my grandmothers things I got so many strange looks and comments. I never cared what other people thought, I liked it.
Now people are crazy for shiplap, subway tile, and old things. I have to laugh. I'm kinda tired of the subway tile, lol.
You did a beautiful job, it makes me homesick for my old house.
Absolutely love watching the two of you…love your humor & positive outlook! Bathroom is beautiful & looks authentic to the time period. The floor tile & pattern you designed Laine is my favorite part of this labor of love❤️
I felt soooo validated when you confessed your power saw aversion -- I’ve done a lot of diy over the past 15 years with my partner and I still HATE power saws and avoid them at all costs and it can make me feel like I'm not a "real" DIY-er 🥴 but if you've done all you have without coming around to them then I won't cave either. 😁 Thanks for being you and sharing so candidly your experiences and expertise!
That has got to be the cutest little bathroom!!! The gasp that came out of me when you showed the paint shenanigans was so loud! Oh-em-gee! What an amazing job you guys did!
I am so glad the paint didn't match, because the white trim on the window brightened up the bathroom even more. I really love how it turned out.
Wow! I am so impressed that you could make such a beautiful bathroom for only $500. Love every thing about it, the curtain, how you solved the paint color problem, keeping the original fixtures, even the cabinet contents. I’m thinking you should capture a picture of the paint splatter to frame to remind you of turning “lemons into lemonade” successfully. So thankful you did not get hurt, though I’m sure you were sore. Maybe try a stool or chair to fit into the tub next time. Never thought of inserting individual tile pieces to create the floor pattern. Where did you get the tile from? Love your can-do attitude and thanks for sharing your journey!
I live for these videos! "The we almost done?" *turns corner* paint splash EVERYWHERE. I couldn't help but laugh!
I like it. My 1930s bathroom has original tile. I was going to remove and redo the floor due to pits in the tiles but a neighbor told me they were from when women wore high heels and now I find it endearing.
Came back go to this video to look at a particular thing, but had to watch "the accident" thing again. Laine, you were SO fortunate that you didn't break something or hit your head. 🤦♀Oh my! Such a great reminder to us all, NOT to point aspersions at anyone, to watch out for those clear things we leave on the floor....esp in a room where there is NOTHING soft except the toilet paper.
So glad you weren't hurt. My last diy resulted in my off coming down from a ladder (missed the last step) and had a very badly bruised hip. It took me a month to recover. I am 62, so there's a difference and I'm lucky that I didn't break my hip. Just be careful. The bathroom is beautiful. I have some vintage tablecloths, so you've given me some good ideas. Thanks so much!
Thank you for showing what can be done to remodel a vintage bathroom and keeping the green color. I hate it when people come into a home and completely destroy the beauty of vintage furnishings. Thanks
The bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. The floor is my favorite. When you ended up with paint everywhere, it reminded me of my daughter yelling for my help when painting her daughter's (my granddaughter) bedroom. I ran in to find her holding a foot up dripping in paint. She'd come down the ladder stepping in the paint pan. I'm so pleased you are able to laugh about it too. God bless you both. Love and hugs.
I refuse to play with power saws too!!!!
Hubby has a collection. I have all the hand tools like you.! I love that tile cutting tool I have one and I did my entire backsplash with it, using subway tile. And I used pennies ( actual copper pennies) for my spacers. I had a jar of them… figured hey it cost pennies.. and it was recyclable! Video is on my UA-cam channel just for laughs 🤣
You two remind me so much of my husband and I on our projects. Tackling a restoration home is my actual dream since childhood. I am in the process of making those dreams happen…. 🥰 and I found your channel for spiritual positivity. I needed something to keep me in the mindset that it will happen and it will be glorious. And then I found you! And an entire Restoration Nation because of you. Thank you for saving these beautiful pieces of history, they have stories to tell and we NEED to hear them. It’s important we do! 🏠 Thank you!!!!
I'm sooo happy I'm late to the game. This is by far my favorite videos from you guys! I've been LOVING the marathon.
I wish you could have heard my gasp!!!! Then my laugh! Oh my goodness, I saw your pic on Instagram of the painted face, lol. You guys!! It turned out so cute, I can't hardly believe it's the very same bathroom!!! It's adorable😍❤
You guys have such a healthy relationship! I’m glad she didn’t get hurt. Really enjoyed your diy, turned out beautiful!
The floor tile pattern is DARLING!! I am so inspired to try some tiling now! 😍 I love the vintage products in the medicine cabinet, too. So heckin cute! 🥰 Such a lovely little bathroom!
Absolutely beautiful! It’s so nice to see that you can redo a bathroom on a small budget. The curtain is my favorite!!! ❤️❤️
The bathroom looks clean and fresh, yet vintage! Loved the vintage medicine cabinet toiletries!
Glorious! I especially appreciate the attention to detail that it takes to wrap the tiles.
Also, I’m glad you didn’t get hurt 💜
What a spectacular job!! Ceiling to floor, wall to wall, the finished room is outstanding! That would be a room I’d wander into, umpteen times a day, just to marvel at how beautiful it is!!!
Oh my gosh------what a disaster!! Can't believe you are so glib about it!! Nice going!
That's why you always want to get a paint sample, and test it out first, especially when you are trying to get an exact color match!
Amazing job, the whole bathroom looks so fresh and adorable. But I LOVE the floor! What a sweet touch.❤️.
When I saw the paint “splash”, my exact words were: “Oh Sh**...” But your reaction: “Why cry over spilled paint?” I would have cried! lol
That bathroom is just absolutely gorgeous!!! Sorry about the paint - but at least it did come off of you and the rest of the unwanted areas! I have re-done several bathrooms in my 70+ years and the tub is always a real problem, but in my younger days, I just stretched my 5’2” frame as much as possible and used a 2-step lil ladder like yours, but now, will probably put towels on the side and lay a piece of properly cut plywood over the top.
If you have another sec, gotta tell you in one house I needed to address a severely sun damaged deck in getting it useable again. Mostly I was able to pull up the worst boards and just turn them and then screw into place again and then apply the deck stain, but there were more than 6 that were just too far gone, so I knew what I had been successful in avoiding for years was now a must - yeap, power tools...😳😬😖 (no talented “Kevin” )
I had found an amazing woman on youtube who was an excellent instructor and went to her for my first problem which was how to patch hole in bathroom ceiling where there had been a leak. She knew her stuff and was so thorough that I followed her directions and after a quick trip to buy a circular saw, I was zipping right through those new decking boards! No fear...worked like a dream and my 105 lb. body was not taxed too much! if you need any help in that area, check her out on “See Jane Drill” - now, gotta give you kudos for the excellent job! Love your choices of tile, esp the floor! Wow! Lovely...cute idea on the curtain too! Thank you guys for taking the time and trouble to share all the aches and pains taken to pull this off! Can hardly wait for your next video! 🥰👍❤️
Are you by chance related to Darilyn Mathis? We're in California.
@@LindaSChastain Hey there, Linda! No, I don’t think I can claim relatives of the Mathis clan in California...but thanks for the nod! ☺️
Such an amazing outcome. I love your approach, so glad to see people honoring authenticity in renovation. So many beautiful houses get ruined with modern renovation.
This video is about one of my favorite videos I’ve seen in a long time! You and your husband’s positive
attitude is truly the best and the most beautiful thing to see in a couple who has been married for 26 yrs!
You guys are adorable and so so funny and fun to watch! 👍😂 You really can’t get through any Oopsies
or mistakes when renovating your house, without any 😂 laughter, it happens to all of us, 🤷🏻♀️that’s life!
😂 I know, I’ve been there, done it and we’re still doing it! 😉 We work hard but we play harder! Lol…
👍Keep up the great renovations! 🙏God Bless You Guys!
I still love that spread/curtain. It makes the whole bathroom I think.
Good Lord, Laine... I LOVE IT when you get all wound up, describing something! You're like a 33 1/3rpm record played on 78!! Honey, you talk faster than an air traffic controller working the Downey sector at Los Angeles TRACON (Terminal Radar Approach CONtrol), during an arrival rush in bad weather.
I absolutely love this bathroom. The paint throwing up on you was unfortunate, but definitely dramatic. Well done….
absolutely lovely! and I have to say, I just love y'all! so happy I found your channel
Really good episode. It has helped to convince us that we do not need to gut our only bathroom in our 1918 CA craftsman bungalow. The bathroom was a Mimi Eisenhower pink bathroom with pink tile from floor to ceiling. So we will do minor changes and basically keep our 1950ish pink bathroom with hexagon white floor tile with blue accents. Thanks so much for the inspiration. And Laine, you wore that paint so well!
Oh my gosh the paint splatter! I’ve actually had that happen to me. Only it was DARK RED paint on an ALL WHITE couch. I had to buy a couch cover. The bathroom looks AMAZING!!!!!! It’s so beautiful!!!!! Great job guys!
You could have left it as is and said you paid ten thousand bucks for that couch. An art piece done by a famous designer! 😁
😂😂😂
Kevin and Laine are master restorators! The bathroom is fabulous! Its so wonderful how you just rolled with it...i would’ve been sitting on the toilet crying my eyes out. Back to the bathroom - the floor is my favorite redo of them all OH and the found tiles in the garage!!! LOVE IT! My Nana was a depression baby which is where i got my save it for a rainy day attitude about things so i was jumping up and down for you two!!! Everything is so amazing, cute and adorable 💜
One of the BEST remodels I have ever seen. That floor and the color!!!
I love the way the bathroom turned out. Like you said, it's appropriate to the house. And because it's appropriate to the house, it will never look 'dated'. A 2021 bathroom in that house would have been absurd. The floor is my favorite part, it really makes the space feel special.
Oh...WOW just WOW! DEFINITELY a show stopper! You handled the big boo-boo without boo-hoo..And all your very hard labor paid off..Well done and kudos to a looks perfect for the home "new" vintage bathroom...
I wasn't so sure at the beginning of the project, but Man oh Man....End Results....I LOVE IT! Great job on the tile and I actually think the white trim on the bathroom window was a meant to be because it just crisps it up, with the finishing touch of icing on the cake is the curtains! PERFECT! Love Love Love it. You have Great VISION. New to your channel and loving everything I'm watching. I have an old farmhouse built in 1860, I love her. Great history to her and in the process of a major exterior upgrade. You and your husband do fantastic work! Inspirational.
Welcome to the nation! I bet your place is amazing! That’s a good old one.
I love that you had such a screw-up, laughed about it, and just fixed it. The bathroom came out beautiful. I really enjoy the remodels you've done. I thought that the kitchen was good, but oh, this bathroom... :)
I’m glad you retained the vintage fixtures.
The bathroom turned out great! Love the patterned design tiled floor you come up with. What bummer about the spilled paint but it still turned out beautifully.
This bathroom is gorgeous! Love the pattern you created on the floor. Can’t believe the paint spatter at the end. I would have lost it! Amazed you guys just laughed and cleaned it up!
I felt pain when you panned yo that paint spill-actual empathic pain! 👩🏻🎨
I love it-a gem. Definitely worth the trouble. Y'all have the Gladys Knight keep on keepin' on approach. 🤩 Love the wicker transformation. Could also do one of those darling skirts around the sink and hide more stuff under there in a little shelf unit or basket.
My 1947 Cape has the exact same bathroom layout! The only surviving original feature is the bathtub, but you have given me some wonderful ideas now for the rest. Beautiful job, L & K.
The ghost of bathroom pasts must not of liked that color, at all! It turned out gorgeous. That floor, fabulous. You should be proud.
Amazing reno. I love the way you embraced the color and tiled up to the ceiling - lovely! The use of the tablecloth is perfect. I'd say this vintage makeover is a WIN! great job guys. Beautiful.
The bathroom looks great. I'm so glad you're ok after that fall.
The floor design is so very pretty! And, it is true, when on the throne, the eye goes down to the floor alot. And of course, when entering the bathroom, you notice the pretty colors, the window with matching curtain, the tiling and also the floor! You did great! Thanks for having a sense of proportion about the spilled paint accident. Wow! Yes, I can relate!
It looks amazing!!, you two are always fun to watch and I do love how you try to keep everything that can be saved.
THANK YOU for taking the mystery and intimidation out of cutting tile! It works just like cutting glass for stained glass!🍺
And I love your attitudes about the fall. It sounds like you were very lucky not to break a bone. Settling in, laughing, and fixing it together instead of b!tching, griping, and fighting is definitely the optimal solution. 🍺🍺
That looks soooo pretty 💚💚I found an 1880 complete Victorian porcelain toilet for $25 😁 the gentleman selling didn't know what it was and his wife had done an awful paint job on it. It's currently sitting in my Butler's pantry for when I restore the wet areas. I've collected everything for the redo at next to nothing. Looking on line here in Australia the loos can go for up to $6000😳which is INSANE!!!
I absolutely love the floor, and those curtains are magnificent! Beautiful job on the whole bathroom! 💗💕💗
🌟🌟 New subscriber here! 💖💖 I don't remember how I found your channel, however, I have fallen in LOVE with Janie! It is an adorable bungalow!
Laine, I know your pain when you slipped off of the side of the tub and splattered paint all over yourself and the freshly grouted tiles. I would have been laughing my tail off after crying in a corner for a minute or two.
My husband and I have been married for 29 years as of this past November and have raised four children in a home built in 1900. I have learned so much in the nine videos that I have watched. I wish I had known a few things sooner. Hindsight is 20/20, I suppose. I love you and Kevin as a couple too. The two of you working together is simply adorable!
Keep up the great work, and I'm going to keep watching and learning from your channel 🥰🥰
Thank you so so much Susan!!! Yes, after the slip I literally laughed in actual hysterics… then laughed in humor and pushed onward. After it happened I just laid on the floor with my eyes closed for a solid 5 seconds because I just didn’t want to see what had happened🤣
Welcome to our virtual family- we are so happy you are here!
What a vast improvement on this bathroom! So, so much better. You could still add a shower by simply getting a hand held shower head and some galvanized pipe with "u" clamps attached to the wall. Of course you will also need to get threaded pipe to fit the hand held and then get the tub faucet to shut & redirect the water flow. If you go that route, don't forget the plain plastic shower curtain. ÷)
I LOOOOOOOVE how it turned out. I think the white trim looks great. Very glad you didn’t hurt yourself when you fell. *throws aspersions* 😉
I adore this bathroom, especially the inset design on the floor!! Great job yall!! Growing up my parents always hired professionals to do our tile work, but we laid five rooms of Pergot and manufactured flooring in our home, and did the Giant formal living and dining room... so now as an adult I'm very confident that I can replace wood or manufactured wood floor myself, and can save myself a pretty penny when I buy a house
That bathroom is so stinking CUTE!!...And bless your heart Laine!! WOW!😳 I would have been in tears😩 Love the video!💞🥰
I adore all of your videos, but this one I've watched repeatedly. We own a '36 Tudor Revival with all her original millwork and hardware and the single bath is a similar size, MINUS your linen closet! On top of that, its suffered the laziest, ugliest circa-2010-ish remodel I have ever seen. We have an original Deco basement toilet in-situ (currently nicknamed "The Scary Toilet" due to its location), and I'm slowly sourcing other appropriate pieces (I'll be careful moving "Scary", don't you worry) to take our bathroom back to its intended functionality and look. However, I'm nervous as hell and since your bath here is so similar to mine, watching this gives me inspiration and a little bravery to boot! Thank you! 🥰
I’m so glad. You can do it!!
Love the curtain from former vintage tablecloth sooooo much! Love the octagonal tiles as well. Just ❤️❤️❤️ this beautiful bathroom!!!
Your show is as good as anything Hollywood could create. So interesting…well done people⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Lay and Kevin the bathroom is stunning . The floors are beautiful and walls are so cute as well. I love the curtain you made . It is so pretty . Little Janie ''s bathroom is just beautiful . Sorry Lay about the paint . . lovely video ... You guys stay safe out there . ..
Omg I'm soooooooo glad you didn't get hurt!!! Janie!!! Be nice to these wonderful people!!! Her bathroom is gorgeous! LOVE the floor!!! Love you guys so much!!! ❤😂❤
I absolutely love you guys!!!! Not only do you guys to great work but you are great together...aspersions and all!!! Love you Laine and Val Kilmer!!! you all need a show of your own. And I love the floor tile pattern
Thanks for that slice of real life renovating. I have the same sized bathroom and I sure felt for you, being covered in paint because you can't fit a ladder anywhere. And thanks too for making me feel better about my own peach and black tile that I decided to hold onto. Everyone walks in and goes eww, but I love it. It's part of the house's history. You did a fantastic job.
