so i'm not a body builder and i turned 40 yrs old this yr. I'm just surfing the net and i come across big Jay Cutler. This guy is seriously cool as hell. I've actually decided to get in shape. I usually have no desire to get in shape but watching his videos gave me some interest. Dave the camera guy is MONEY what a nice guy as well. Thanks for the footage. Jay and flex are what I call perfect ambassadors of bodybuilding and the work ethic, they have both held the title of “WORLDS GREATEST BODYBUILDER” but more than that they are great people and things like “family” and “hard work” are the foundations these guys build their good names upon.

That's too bad. We have been open in most states for 9-10 months now and without masks for the last few months. Luckily, things are getting close to being back to normal. Hope Germany is on its way there as well!!

Dumbell row bench my favorite. Every gym should have the incline hammer incline fly machine to keep people from camping out in the cable stacks. Do like the cable tricep extension at Gold's but that tricep machine looks sweet.

That paint is called bedliner
As you could guess it’s used to paint the inside of truck beds
Painted it in bedliner then charged him double what he would have paid without it. It will probably be wonderful to scratch a scratch in the middle of your back🤣
18:38 so on the arsenal fly machine what I found out is that if you put a strength ban On that you’ll have a constant resisting on top of the weights
