I think Godzilla breath is a return of the spiral heat ray from Godzilla vs King Ghidorah where Godzilla has evolved or stored enough radiation while frozen to gain a new ability. Also for Kong his mechanical arm could be a reference to Mechani Kong that gives Kong new abilities maybe salvaged from Mechagodzilla
Pros: - LOTS of monster action No brainer. Who doesn’t want this? - Kong’s design I absolutely love his slightly new design. His bread is longer and he has greyer fur. - Godzilla’s design expect 2 things I love the fact his head finally larger and that he’s buffer. - Hollow Earth looks stunning I LOVE how it looks. Can’t wait to see more of it and all the new creatures in it. - Skar King looks badass Dude is menacing as hell. The teaser did not do him dirty. MF is evil as shit. Sadly it does seem like Legendary wasted his potential though. - Day time fights always welcome Again who doesn’t want more of these? - Great sense of adventure and mystery 2 VERY important things to have in a movie like this. - No Shimo or Mothra in sight FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, Legendary don’t spoil them in the trailers. Cons: - “Kong can’t stop this on his own”. “He won’t be alone.” IDK why but this line makes me worried that Godzilla won’t have a major role except helping Kong fight Scar King and Shimo. I know it’s unlikely but it’s just a feeling that I have. - CGI looks really unfinished in some places. Specially with Godzilla roaring after rising from the ice, Scar King roaring at Kong and the Duo running at the end. Though it’s important to remember that the CGI wouldn’t be finished just yet. - Some animations look janky and unnatural The Duo running, Godzilla roaring after rising from the ice and Suko pounding his chest. - Suko's design. Trying way too hard to be the next Baby Groot/Baby Yoda. It Legit’s looks like they stole the model of a baby chimp from the Planet of the Apes films and just made it bigger, made it orange and gave it green eyes. BTW this isn’t a con but Suko HAS to be Scar King’s son. Just has to be. - Godzilla’s elbow spikes and the color of his dorsal plates Elbow spikes just don’t fit him in my opinion. Pink is also just not his color. Again, just my opinion. - Kong’s gauntlet Why? Just why? At the end of the day I am cautiously optimistic. It does look entertaining and I'll definitely be watching it when it comes out. Long live the Monsterverse.
4:19 I like this scene of Godzilla and Kong bursting and digging out of the ground running it is kind of similar to the titans breaking out of the ground in king of monsters and monarch legacy of monsters with Godzilla bursting out of the sandy ground.
I'm cautiously optimistic towards this movie, the CGI is a very mixed bag, Godzilla's New Evolved Form looks interesting, so does Kong's new Robotic Arm , Skar King looks meh, the Hollow Earth looks Great, The new Monsters are cool, the Characters I don't hace much hope for. I'm glad the Trailer didn't show Shimo or Mothra , they should be saved for the Next Trailer or better yet the Movie itself, overall I'm looking forward to it.
Maybe if they fix the CGI and make legendary Godzilla dorsal plates blue or red that would be good but no this pick is the main thing I hate about this Adam what where you thinking
