You can afford an RD 350 but you cannot afford the right tools for the job? Get a Socket Wrench my friend, it makes the job easier and it will not damage the nuts

Go on Olx there are many. I had one, at that time the maintenance was very high (1980's). For a high RPM engine air cooling is not enough. You need a liquid cooled engine.
That piston looks very clean.which 2stroke oil are you using?
The bike Owen rebore and change piston before 100km by other garage ,but still now the oil seal ripe ,so we rebuilt again for this reason.

You should use wooden melate or plastic hammer.
