There is a short circuit at the 1 side. So if is disconnect the bad side it will work, still work because the CKV lines is conneted on the other side. WHAT IS CKV ( CLOCK VERTICAL )SIGNAL? Clock vertical signal is normally a square wave signal its contain high and low-level signals, The high-level signal is the cut-in voltage of VGH voltage which is used to control the panel TFT. The low-level signal is the cut-in voltage of VGL voltage. By google.

Yes, It needs that signal on the left and right sides. Since both sides are paralleled, Stiill works when the bad side is disconnected. The image result is a lower quality on the other side.
Hello tevz. I have a problem with led TV panel size 55 inches. All voltages are ok in t.con when I taking up the right or left flat cable from t.con but the voltage avv falls when I connecting both sides together.

Why didn't you isolate resistors from R13 to R17 instead of cutting lines?
If those resistor is removed it disconnect both side, and you can't identify the bad side.

Flickering image are mostly related to CKV lines.
