Your finished bars look AMAZING!!! Catherine, you are full of fun & clever ideas! I'm thinking of all the possibilities with this and can't wait to try making my own mats. Thanks so much!
I can't get over your creativity. It inspires me. I'm going through some life and health changes at the moment, and have not soaped in about 6 weeks, and I'm about to go nutzo. As soon as I'm settled, I'd like to try such a project. AMAZING Talent!
Thank You, I saw a mat yesterday and wanted to know how to make it, could get no help, so I then went to your videos and BAM there was your video on making a mat. I have learned so much from you. :)
What a fantastic idea. I thought you used real shells. I hope your vacation was awesome, and totally filing away this technique for making embeds and other small things!
OMG, beautiful loaf of soap! This is awesome and you're amazing at what you do!!!! I had an idea to do something similar for a ocean like soap & the tons of shells I've collected over the years, but wondered how I'd go about it & how hard making my own silicone molds would be. But like learning cold process soap making in the beginning,it seemed too intimidating. You've shown just how manageable and possible that is once you try it! Bless you for sharing all that you do with the world. Never stop doing what you do. Thank you and Happy Holidays!
I love it C. So clever and inspiring. I had thought to use sand as an exfoliant before but was concerned about how to sterilise it. Did you do that with your sand? What's the best method? Thank you for sharing this technique - so cute and quirky! Don't stop teaching; you are soooooo good at it!!
Absolutely beautiful!!! Question...what did u do with the soap after it is poured in the mold? Do you cover it, or u just left in a cool place or the fridge? Did u gel?
Can you provide answers in regards to using sand and ocean water? Do they need to be boiled before using? I've been wanting to do this for a while but wanted to be clear on the process. Thanks.
Like many other of your students I thank you for teaching us so much! Your ideas are awesome snd unique. I notice that you use oil soluble td..I've been having trouble with mine..grainy/crackling. Any ideas? Thank you again!

Hi! I absolutely loved thıs soap. I wonder if you did cover the mold or not. Thanks!
Awesome! Love it.
This really inspired me to do likewise. What a beautiful bar you made. I wonder what fragrance you used? Also, what size soap mold did you use?
Wowzers!!!!! Totally Aaaa-Maaazzzz-ing!!!!!
Do you use the whole pound in the kit to make this mold, or will it make more than one mold?
precioso! Beautiful!
That's amazing!
Thanks :)
Absolutely beautiful!!! Question...what did u do with the soap after it is poured in the mold? Do you cover it, or u just left in a cool place or the fridge? Did u gel?
Vraiment trop génial, le résultat est woaaah. !!!!
Can you provide answers in regards to using sand and ocean water? Do they need to be boiled before using? I've been wanting to do this for a while but wanted to be clear on the process. Thanks.
Wowzers! That's beautiful!!! I'm assuming the lye would kill any microbe that would still be living in the sand or the ocean water eh?
Like many other of your students I thank you for teaching us so much! Your ideas are awesome snd unique. I notice that you use oil soluble td..I've been having trouble with mine..grainy/crackling. Any ideas? Thank you again!
Question: Since you used salt water, do you need to up the amount of coconut oil in the recipe to keep the lather?
That is a beautiful story (:
Brilliant!
Lol, thanks Katie :)
