Yes absolutely ,, Just make sure to train the plan to get used to the outdoor weather.... Cuz with the hot sun and wind it might be different but training a plant every day. A couple hours will be fine

Bought it. The pump in the bottom is constantly circulating water. Is this normal?
Yes it's good ... Mixes the fertilizer and get more oxygen to your plant roots ..
