This for me is one of the saddest moments yet bittersweet. On one side Emma weather it be a magic lie or not fixes her biggest regret and gets to raise Henry which in my opinion strengthen their bond cause they had the moments a mother and son should have real or not. But on the other Regina gives up the one thing that she loves most which ironically is the greatest price of the curse. Its also in this moment that Regina truly because a hero.
I would love an what if episode,as what if Emma and Neal would've stayed together and raised Henry and they would've gone to storybrooke, before Henry was born, and Emma would've broken the curse ten years earlier

And plus Neil Cassidy is not in Emma’s life. Besides if Neil was part of Emma and Henry’s life; Henry’s last name would be Henry Cassidy. Right?
Honestly as much as I love the series I wish this would be their happy ending. Both Emma & Henry have suffered so much. They deserve to be happy together forever
Isn't that sort of changing the past with magic? One of the three restrictions? Or is that just a crafty way of going around that rule by not actually changing the past, but just that person's memories of it?
+Cynthia Hu Yeah, I know, but it shows that sometimes you don't really need to change the past if you change someone's memories. Of course, there are some irreversible things that you can't change just by changing someone's memories, but I think Anastasia could've cast a spell on Will and made him forget she left him for the red crown, thus, all of Jafar's shenanigans would've been avoided.
