Streetball here in the philippines not gonna lie we used to play bare feet and its actually hella grip especially on asphalt courts and if you see someone playing bball on the court without slippers or shoes you know its about to get lit. the only downside for us is when theres a small pointy rock on the court and you step on it. Really painful but when the games important you dont stop
