    Sir I have a question, what is the best way to train In wrestling if I’m always working out by myself

    • @KOLATCOM
      @KOLATCOM  Рік тому +1

      You can train on your own safely on grass or sand. Go to a park or beach and you can use visualizations with mat drills and shadow wrestling for stance, motion, level changing, sprawls and penetration steps. Also, from the ground, standup drills, granby roll drills, gutwrench arches, leg lace arches, bridging, jumping front bridge to back bridge and back again, back bridge pushups. If you tie a bungee to a tree, pole or fence you can work on back step drills just face the tree and make sure there is enough tension in the bungee that it will hold you up then do reps of your back step and turn. For strength, conditioning and agility you can also do tumbling, bear crawls, burpees, pushups, sit-ups, pull-ups, running, sprinting, jump rope, box jumps, etc.

    Can you help me find coach or club near Bay Area please? This is for my 8 year old twins

    • @KOLATCOM
      @KOLATCOM  Рік тому +1

      Below is an example of what you want to look for in a program for kids. Not serious and not focusing on competition. None of that matters when you are 8 years old and want to play. "Introduction to the sport in a fun atmosphere."
      Other than that I cannot recommend this club or any other club. Ask around locally about them from trusted individuals before you send your kids there.
      www.peninsulawrestling.club/k-8-program
      K-8 Program
      The K-8 program is intended to be an introduction to the sport of wrestling in a fun atmosphere. We use a game centered approach where competition is not emphasized. We operate sessions in the Fall, Winter and Spring. In the Spring, we participate in the Bay Area Middle school league where those who want to compete are given a chance to do so.
