This format is really amazing, so many meta decks to choose from.
What about dlink/bystial control they topped 3,4 times last weekend
That decks is also solid and if I had lubellions that's probably what I would be playing haha. But ywa forgot to mention them in the video. So many viable decks rn its hard to remember them all

Because it's potentially a regional deck option for me, I won't be sharing the side deck just yet. After a regional this format with it (if i decided to take it to one) I will share it though : )

Im confused. Are you saying take out kash completely so decks can play shifter?? Thats almost the same thing as just playing kash.
That being said, people really underestimate what how a simple ban to 89 really effects the meta and siding. I dont care about a simple ariseheart pass with backrow. With 89, you dont know which route they will take, either going full combo lock or arise pass. That makes siding hard and the matchup just a coin toss because if you pick wrong, you will most likely have dead cards in hand and will probably lose the game bc of that. Not having 89 makes the matchup more predictable/linear and you dont have to adjust your extra with unnecessary multiples giving everyone more flexibility. If they want to hit the consistency further, I wouldn’t care, but at the very least 89 needs to go.
Me personally I would like diablosis banned, and then a small consistency hit alongside it.
Like unicorn to 1 for example.
The deck would still be strong but slightly less powerful and consistent
@@TopTierGamingYGO i see your pov. To me, kash isnt really that playable if you put unicorn and fenrir (what most people want) to 1. The deck already has consistency issues, but unicorn to 1 would be a good starting place. I cant see them putting fenrir to 1 just yet simply bc of the ulti they just gave it. I just think its a shame to kill the deck when it was so expensive to get in the first place. Glad i didnt buy it..
They can put out a new ban list any day, and shifter should be the first thing on there.... definition of toxic. Branded is always theorized to be a top competitor, but never really is. I do think it would be nice though to boot kash down a couple notches and just see where things go

Should be budget and no mathmech
Everyone's definition of "budget deck" is different. And it depends on what staples you already own.
If you have the staples already, super heavy samurai is pretty cheap. Alot of rogue options, like marincess, are pretty cheap as well.
Dragon link is strong and can be budget if you forgo the bystials. It’s been relevant for 4 years and always gets dragon and chaos support. You can slowly upgrade it as budget allows.
You can make a dragonmaid hybrid build that gives it more combo power or you can build it more pure with more hand traps. The dragonmaid build can play through multiple hand traps. You would just max out on board breakers though or high impact stuff to make up for lack of space because it has a lot of extenders and not much room to play non engine.

I can’t see how mathmech is at top three when branded kinda just haves a field day with that deck. Like its strong but branded representation is still up there
Branded is here in the video and is a top contender. It just slipped my mind near the beginning of the video.
Idk why everyone just gaslit themselves into thinking there was going to be a banlist now. They usually do it in late summer before NAWCQ
Probably because it's been over 3 months and a new set dropped.
It's a fair assumption, and it really doesn't help that konami gives us no date to go off of at all anymore.
@@TopTierGamingYGO Yeah, I wish they gave us a date. I bought the entire gishki core the night before elf got banned. Would have been nice to know we were about to get a banlist
