Don’t apologize for having too many videos! I get so excited when I see you’ve posted something new. Love all your creative ideas and how accessible you make crafting!
Miss Tracie, now this is just so darn cute. I absolutely love it. Thank you for sharing and God Bless you and your family. Only in the U.K. and in Europe can you find stuff like that, the U.S. you can't. We can't get sick of you because we only see your hands lol.🥰💖💖💖💖💖👍👍👍👍👍(🌹🐞🦂🌵)
These are fun and really authentic looking and I will definitely be making some of them. I also appreciate that you demonstrated removing stamps from their papers. I don’t believe we will ever tire of seeing your videos. Your honest, humble and kind spirit is something we are all drawn to. ❤ from Ky, USA.
I've never seen those tiny little stamp booklets, they are cute. But yours are really novelty, so adorable, really a declaration of love for the long-gone analog era. Thank you for sharing!♥♥♥
My brother used to save stamps, and from that I found that I just love them. These are so cute Traci! Thanks for sharing how to make them. I’ll be making a few myself. ❤
Well God love your granddad for sharing this with you and now you for sharing this with us! I assure you that I have WAAYYY over complicated the stamp removal process! 🤦🤷 Love seeing your videos!! Keep 'em comin'! Hugs, MK 🤗❤️🌵❤️🤗
We love seeing all of your video's! What a wonderful memory of your grandpa and what a wonderful way to remove stamps from an envelope! I didn't know you could do that. Thank you so much for sharing that with us! God bless! ♥
What cute little stamp books! Thanks for sharing how to remove stamps from the envelope. My grandmother saved a lot of stamps and most are still attached to the envelope. Now I can remove them and use them in my journals. ❤
I love these!! and I'll never get sick of you!! This takes me way back to when I was a kid, about eight or nine. A friend and I decided we would collect stamps and got the albums and the stamps and the hinges and taught ourselves how to do this. It was so (so) long ago. I wish I had kept them because we had stamps from countries that are no longer countries, monarchs who are long gone, and even Hitler stamps. Thanks for this tutorial; gonna do it tomorrow!!
These could be reinvented to hold tiny photos inside. I'd imagine that Tracie's collection of laughing children, resized smaller, would make a perfect mini album/pouch. Yes. I think I'll do that. Thanks Tracie!
Thank you so much for sharing your gramps great idea for removing stamps. I have tons of stamps that I bought at a thrift shop. ❤ I love watching every video you share, so please don’t apologize.❤
I’m fortunate to have some vintage stamp books but will be making some of these as well, they are so darn cute and I have lots of stamps as my dad was a stamp collector. Thanks for sharing this fabulous idea Tracie xxx
Always look forward to more Tracie videos! Clever Stamp book project and thank you for the tip on removing the stamps. I have been contemplating what to do with all of the postage stamps that I have collected.
I always enjoy watching videos that include stamps, there is something magical about them. My father used to collect them from all over the world and on day gave me his collection. Yay. I can play too! hahahah Thanx for a lovely video
Oooh I've never come across these little vintage stamp books, something new to look out for 😉 I love your videos and enjoy all your inspiration. Thanks Tracie.
Love this idea . Have my childhood stamp collection books still . The wonderful checkerboard square pages would be great used inside these for authentic stamp pages! Thank you for all your shared and freebies 🦋
These are soooo cute, Tracie!!! I am drawn to old stamps ( I just ordered a small set from 1957..the year I was born off of Etsy..) ... I have to say I prefer the older ones to the new ones namely because I like the paper material as opposed to the plasticey ones now. I covered five wooden boxes (one for each of my grandroyals) to use as small treasure boxes and had friends collecting modern stamps for about a year. I found when I removed the stamps from the envelopes they were still sticky. Had the (not so) bright idea to attach them to acetate for when I was ready to do my project months later. Many stamps were destroyed trying to remove them from the acetate 😞 Sure wish I would have know your washi tape hinge trick back then... I persevered and did get their treasure boxes done, but had a little stress along the way 😜 All's well that end well 😉 Blessings~~~~ P.S. Never too many Tracie vids!!!! Thank you for your time and creativity 🌷🌷🌷
What to give to the elderly who already have everything they need? These little stamp books with real stamps. I worked in a nursing home in activities and the residents always asked for stamps. Simple gift that’s very appreciated in a greeting card.
How fun! I’m fairly new to junk journaling and this is a unique idea for me. I travel often and send myself post cards from the road. This will be a fun way to use those stamps!
Wonderful idea! We had a family stamp collecition also and me and my Dad would go down to his "man cave" and soak stamps. My Great Grandmother started our stamp collection and all the family collected stamps for us. I have bags left still that need to be soaked off! Just need more stamps now!
Like you have been collecting stamps since I was very young and use exactly the same method as you do to remove the stamps from the paper. Love this video
These are adorable! I've never seen stamps come like that, maybe its a UK thing. We used to get them in the longer books but not the small ones. Oh...and thanks so much for the soaking tip! I tried that before and it took about 30 minutes because I didn't know to use warm water.
I love stamps and always looking for ways to use them in journals, these are so cute I can't wait to make them and a nice little project to relax with, thankyou so much for this idea I love the vintage stamp books u bought too x
