@LilYungSatch Yep, she had that book but didn't understand it and had to be constantly corrected. Logic is something that she can't manipulate with her emotions.
I can do this real quick. There is TWO instances in the Constitution that expressly names the right to vote for a people: African Americans and WOMEN. There is not an actual article or amendment that protect the general right to vote besides the 15th or 19th, so technically speaking women have a MORE protected voter right then most men.
My wife had a radical hysterectomy at 32. We had two high risk pregnancies and she was diagnosed with cervical cancer. They did ask about alternative treatments if we wanted to continue having children, we both definitely did, but decided this was the safest long term solution. I did not have to sign any papers for my wife to get the procedure.
First, I doubt signing for the tubal was the issue. I think it was any procedure that would put you under. All surgeries are a risk, I know I had to sign a shit load for my prostatectomy. Now if the spouse just happened to be medical power of attorney, your might have something/my wife says no(she's in the field of work). It also might be hospital policy that the spouse sign understanding the risks of the surgery, and not what the surgery was for. Or possibly it was just to inform the spouse that this procedure was being done, and for him to understand that they would not be having kids(from my wife). Has nothing to do about permission, and everything to do with getting sued.
@@JamesKiraly-oz1nc That is a lot more words than are necessary, it was an informed consent form. She wouldn't have been given the tubal ligation had I refused. @@somechick1980 EXACTLY …… if it was required like she claims you would have THOUSANDS of documented examples proving her claim, you would have hundreds of surgeons and gynecologists confirming ….. she has NOTHING
I had to have a D&C which almost turned into a hysterectomy. When my doctor told me it may be a hysterectomy- I lost my mind. I was so upset, she wouldn't let me sign the consent. From a business insider article from 2020 it says spousel consent was ended statewide in the 70s tho supreme court hasnt ruled on it but apparently a handful of private hospitals and providers still have these policies and wont perform procedure without consent of both spouses....thats if they havent had said policies removed since then.
@@Nomad_Dad it's more of a hospital policy thing. Personally, procedures affecting the union of spouses should require both signatures. Because it affects the purpose of a marriage in terms of family and children. If a husband or wife wants the be sterilized, their spouses at least needs to know. The procedure can still happen even if the other spouse disagree, but the other spouse can say that this is enough to consider divorce.
@@britbrit908183 it's not on a federal level though. It's a gray area. At the height of COVID, there were hospitals refusing treatment if anyone came in without a mask.
"Right to bodily autonomy" Men don't completely have that right either, with the draft forcing them into war and infant circumcision as just 2 examples.
What a stupid analogy. Circumcision is because your parent approved it not because the government goes around circumcising all males. Parents have to sign off on all medical procedures for their kids because of liability. If you want to blame someone for not giving males a choice about circumcision, blame your parents. That being said you are right that the government can inject soldiers with whatever “vaccines” they want when you are in the military. That is a right you give up when you enlist, but it is a right taken from you when you are drafted. Since women aren’t drafted, men have less bodily autonomy rights than women.
@@brianmihlfeith7135they don't choose to but they have to be ready for consequences, just like drunk drivers have to suffer the consequences like prison and a hospital, tbh as a man I'd rather have no bank account, no job, and just take care of children and clean the house and take care of food, that's all easier then what men do no matter how many kids or how dirty the house is

Weakest argument ever to cover up an affair, 2007 separated, 2017 when retired met an angel I trusted. I am all for womans rights and they can do what they want with their bodies as long as nobody dies.
This woman is not an adult, she was never taught how to be an adult. Here are my reason why: 1. modern parents became too protective of their children, they don't let them explore the "wild" anymore, the children are over-sheltered, and spoiled. In turn this makes them arrogant, narcissistic, or extremely selfish, and they refuse to do anything that does not result in some form "happiness". They are deathly afraid of any kind of "suffering". 2. the education system has no reason to raise thinking adults either. Sure you can regurgitate a bunch of "information" but do you use that knowledge for something? Is that knowledge necessary? Do they teach you about everyday stuff that everyone should know at least on a basic level for example: cooking, cleaning, painting a wall, fixing basic things around the house, changing a tyre, opening a bank account, reading the fine print, knowing your actual rights and obligations to society and the state, knowing basic statistics, knowing basic criminal law: what counts as a crime and what is not, especially in self-defense and traffic regulations, knowing how to behave during a traffic stop and not acting like a "know-it-all I'll show these cops who's boss moron" etc etc. Let's not even mention the atrocious level of reading-writing, arithmetic, biology, history, geography etc knowledge that a lot of people and kids have. No instead we learn about gender theory. Fantastic. But it is so much easier to convince "educated" "adult-children" about everything you want, than actual thinking mature adults, who are willing to challenge their own ideas and admit when they are wrong, and take responsibility for their actions. 3. This dumbing-down of society is also reinforced by the entertainment industry, the mainstream and social media, and the political elite. You literally have no time to think. In school, after school in the workplace. They set up our society in such a way that everyone has to work everyday all day almost no breaks and even the holidays are determined by your employer. When you get home, you are exhausted, but if you have a family you take care of them: give them food and do some house chores. If you still have some little energy left you turn on the TV and listen to some BS show, soap opera or garbage music, where they tell you what to think, while bombard you with ads with one message: consume. The "adults" today, either yell at you for daring to disagree with them, or leave in tears because they cannot handle that they lost a debate and their world view was challenged and it crumbled under the slightest scrutiny. An adult should be able to acknowledge this fact, and change their actions, beliefs, and opinions accordingly. A child, or brainwashed ignorant people cannot.
4. She probably had no male figures. I'm guessing single mother, little to no contact with father, and no brothers. You can easily imagine that many modern women have never had the reality of a good male in their life. Their single mother will obviously talk smack about all her failed relationships and then you have the entire cultural-media complex slagging men. As the result, they just accept the oppressed women narrative without bothering to actually research or think about it.
Yeah that works both ways I get your point but women have to pay too. if what you were getting at was men shouldn’t have to if they never wanted a child but the woman had it anyway but that’s a whole other issue

It is literally illegal for a doctor to require a 3rd party unless the person is under 18. There is no such thing as signing off on tubal litigation or a vasectomy.
I don't like to agree with any of these air head women(im a women) but in the 1970's in Australia, my late mother in laws doctor faked paperwork so that he could tie her tubes after my husband was born, as my father in law had constantly beaten her in the stomach and the doctor said that anymore pregnancies will either kill her or any baby if she got pregnant again. because the doctor was suppose to get the husband to sign off of the surgery. She's a laffy taffy comedian. 😂
Man she went out of the way to make herself the main character.
The “ I’m not crying “ lie, brought me straight back to being a small 6-7-8 year old and when I’d cry I’d be so embarrassed and say I got something in my eyes 😂
She got me with the “I’m just tired”. All women have said this when being overly emotional. Sadly, including myself.
@emom2 what does it mean. Do other women cry when they're tired or sleepy. Explain this to me. Cuz i got confused when she said this like what the heck does being tired have to do with tears. 😂
@@jasmineertha8351 When I’ve gone hours and hours without sleep my eyes do get a bit watery. But it’s not even close to the full on crying this woman does
Emotional manipulation is a disgusting practice and should never be indulged. Good job, guys.
She’s also the one that had a book of logical fallacies with her and yet she’s the one committing the appeal to emotion fallacy. Hilarious irony
@LilYungSatch
Yep, she had that book but didn't understand it and had to be constantly corrected.
Exactly! Smh, this entire confused world view that women have LESS rights than men do, is absolutely absurd & ridiculous if you ask me.
She has the right to say “no thank you, I’m full”
My wife had a radical hysterectomy at 32. We had two high risk pregnancies and she was diagnosed with cervical cancer. They did ask about alternative treatments if we wanted to continue having children, we both definitely did, but decided this was the safest long term solution. I did not have to sign any papers for my wife to get the procedure.
I had to give consent for my wife's tubal ligation.
@@JamesKiraly-oz1nc True. Like an arbitration clause.
I believe some men have had to sign and I have heard wives having to sign off on vasectomies
@@JamesKiraly-oz1nc That is a lot more words than are necessary, it was an informed consent form. She wouldn't have been given the tubal ligation had I refused.
Georgia, Virginia, and North Carolina (where we lived for the birth of our youngest) all have statutes that require spousal consent for voluntary sterilization. Federal form HHS687 is to be filed at the federal level for billing in the case of welfare, such as Medicaid/Tricare, etc.
It is absolutely a "thing".

she is an absolute muppet. the doctors requiring spousal support for hysterectomies or vasectomies has nothing to do with rights, but medical insurance. it is to shield the doctor from lawsuits from spouses or even the patient at a later time from regret over the procedure being done. it is not to protect a "right", it is to protect the doctor from liability.
100%, she’s talking just to talk. I got my tubes tied and my husband didn’t have to sign anything.
My husband signed because I was inconsolable and irrational. He knew exactly what he was signing off on. Fortunately I was okay. This woman is a liar. Husbands don't arbitrarily sign off on medical procedures.
She didnt even grasp that Andrew turning around and saying 'I dont think that happened' was him returning her argument about men going through counseling before getting a vasectomy, she was too stupid to figure it out.
That's bull. My spouse didn't have to sign off on me getting my tubes tied. Total lie.
I was gonna say, my mom had to have my dad’s consent to get her tubes tied. Some hospitals make you do it. 🤷♀️

"Right to bodily autonomy"
Men don't completely have that right either, with the draft forcing them into war and infant circumcision as just 2 examples.
And the draft is potentially far more devastating and we have no choice but to sign up. Women CHOOSE to sign up for pregnancy in 2024.
Only women deserve rights not men, because of the past men's ancestors were all abusive and beat women

This woman is not an adult, she was never taught how to be an adult. Here are my reason why:
1. modern parents became too protective of their children, they don't let them explore the "wild" anymore, the children are over-sheltered, and spoiled.
Preach 🙌

I don't like to agree with any of these air head women(im a women) but in the 1970's in Australia, my late mother in laws doctor faked paperwork so that he could tie her tubes after my husband was born, as my father in law had constantly beaten her in the stomach and the doctor said that anymore pregnancies will either kill her or any baby if she got pregnant again. because the doctor was suppose to get the husband to sign off of the surgery.
