Sssqueeze came out very late in the vintage line, and I have no memory of him as a kid. I remember first seeing him at a friend's house years after MOTU died off and thinking he was from a different line entirely. Doesn't look like a He-Man figure at all, and I'm pretty sure he was 100% new parts. Cool to finally see him in Origins!
Playing major catch-up on a bunch of videos, but definitely wanted to get my thoughts in on this final Origins wave before the Cartoon “reboot”: Spikor is a great-looking figure. I do have a fondness for that 1985 era when he was released alongside Moss Man, Stinkor, Roboto, Two Bad and Sy-Klone. They were the first “new” figures I got once I started collecting MotU and catching up with prior waves. A bit disappointing that his trident doesn’t extend. I understand that you would lose the articulation, but I kind of would have preferred the extending trident rather than the interchangeable ones. This is a complaint I’ve had with recent Origins releases. Some of that original “magic” just isn’t there when you take away the action features that made them memorable in the first place. That being said, Sssqueeze is awesome! I definitely remember having the vintage figure, and I’m almost certain he was the very last one I ever got before I started outgrowing them. He was always so unique, even more so than many of the other characters, so I appreciate that they kept him intact. Very top-heavy though, but not much we can do about that probably. All in all, great figures! Hopefully, I can catch up on Origins someday and complete the collection. Other than Mattel Creations exclusives, I’ve pretty much stopped at Wave 8! Just can’t afford it anymore… 😞
That's what I miss most about your 365 straight days of star wars unboxings. They would often decend into story time with Kyle. All those crazy Walmart stories. Lol, that would be a great weekly video on the 2.0.

My Sssqueeze came without the Snake Men sticker😢
I've fallen behind on the MOTU coverage. Great review as always, thank you.

I absolutely love the Sssqueeze figure and character. This was an amazing review of him and of Spikor.
