Following your referral from your doctor i will ask you some questions about your condition then assess your skin & scalp for psoriasis. I will then suggest treatment & a plan for the future.
Latex gloves, face touching, scalp check, scalp massage, ear exam, in ear, questions, pencil writing, paper sounds & crinkle jacket.

What is ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response, sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson.

I have scalp psoriasis, and I need to tell you: your video is extremely well done. Not only because of the research you put into it -- everything you said about psoriasis and its treatment is correct, which really made me feel as if I was in the hands of a professional (bonus tingles!). There's also how you did the scalp check -- it was really soft. I have difficulties with a lot of ASMRtists because they use nails or are really rough, which is really uncomfortable when you have scalp psoriasis and suffered in the hands of hairdressers. This video is absolutely perfect for someone like me! Thank you, Nicola. You're amazing ❤

I had a really horrible eczema flare up when I watched your last dermatologist video and it helped me so much and haven't stopped watching since so thank you ❤️ my scalp is especially bad and it's so nice having someone understand because I literally itch it every night and it drives me insane 😂

It's rough. I have psoriasis personally. There have been times where I've had patches where people can see and it's so embarrassing. I have a coworker who tried to say it was contagious. That stung even though it obviously isn't contagious.

Hi really great video I did fall asleep while watching last night I do suffer from itchy scalp from time to time as i have an underactive thyroid which is part of it. I find there is certain shampoo’s I can’t use. Love your videos Nicola xx

I had psoriasis in grade 9th and 10th its so horrible ik how i use to walk woth those pain in feet coz i use to feel those pimples n it hurts tgen finaaly after an year i tried 6 doctors the 7 th one finally helped me out , mine was realky chronic i still have thise blister but uts not active , i was allergic to metals too
