I can't believe I'm goinna be "that" guy, but all pigeons eat rocks. They use it in their stomach to help mush up their food. Evolution in full swing...if the swing is broken.

Bloody hell you Cara fans are simple! Of course it isn't Cara! It is a comedy show that is predominantly improvised, with actors playing different celebrities. It is a piss take set up to dupe the one person in the scene who had no idea what was going on - Chris Kamara. Jeeeeeezuz....
Successville is a fictional city of celebrities where murders and crimes usually happen, but the celebrities are completely different - e.g. Cara Delevigne is really posh and rich, Alan Sugar owns a sweet shop, Kim Kardashian is a crazy pyscho in jail, etc. watch the actual show!

It's a comedy. It is satirical, piss taking. Not a true reflection. The same actress does multiple characters.
