I had a fantastic time in outback queensland and have so many more videos to go. I think Cobbold Gorge was a highlight whoch i posted last week but also Carnarvon gorge which is still to come😜. The black cockatoos was a really Nice find...never knew they had red tails either 😁..been so long since seeing one. I live in Brisbane and see the white ones all the time. Thanks so much for watching 😁
WOW, what a gorge it looked so awesome. We can imagine how beautiful it must be in the rainy season. The Pyramid track was really cool to see, but that heat looked quite hectic. Amazing to see how nature has made such a stunning little pyramid, really great to see. Hope your both keeping well and safe. ONE LOVE
The drone footage of the pyramid was really great. We hope you are able to make it back during the rainy season. We're sure it will look a lot different!
Always nice getting a different prospective with the drone footage. Seems a good rainy season is hard to come by so might be hard to time it...but still maybe one day 😁👍 Thanks for watching guys 💖💖
Very nice! Thanks for sharing your travels. Beautiful scenery and wildlife. Thanks for all the info along the way. 😀👍 That pyramid rock is very cool also. Have a great week.
Hi again there my friend...thanks again for watching this week's addition. I wish to see this place again with more water...do you have any gorges like this in Germany?
Another gorgeous gorge! 😆 I can’t believe how much dirt was on your car! The Pyramid Track looked pretty nice! The little Grand Canyon was so cool!! It had beautiful color on the rocks! Looked a little dry but I’m sure during the wet season it’s even prettier!
Been trying to track down pictures or anyone that has seen it in the wet season but I'm not sure it happens too often. It was a nice little walk, but a bit harsh for the peak of the day. Would definitely organise a different time if I saw it again. Thanks for stopping by a watching guys 😁👍
Nice one, Chris! That pyramid is super sweet. How cool to have the pyramid and the worn rocks in the same spot. This gorge must look COMPLETELY different with water running though it. Cheers!
watcing your road trip is really really nice.. love it.. road trip with camper in Australia is in my list.. though i wonder whether i can ever ever checkt it from my list
You will get there one day. We have a camper but just doesn't do the amount of kilometres in a short period of time. Will get a caravan one day Thanks for watching Senja... how have you been. Hope your staying safe there in Bali 😁
No worrys... your very welcome ... it's an interesting little spot and would like to stop there after a bit more rain. Easy enough hike though and hope you have fun. Let me know how you go😁
That is certainly quite the gorge...I can probably imagine that at certain times of the year the gorge is probably full and running with water...any particular wildlife in the area that a person would have to be concerned about?
Yes ...would be nice to see the variations with a lot more water. I didn't see much animals except for other birds...I'm sure there would be some kangaroos around but didn't see any today. Unless your talking about snakes and spiders and never see mich of them travelling 👍😁
Twice in one day.... Cheers for that :) From what I know, the creek bed is not accessible in the Wet season...... Water raging through the canyon. I know the creek bed does get a little better to swim sometimes. There were people were going to swim to on the day we visited, but not sure I would like it LOL
The birds are amazing to watch havent seen a cocatoo yet. Is it rare to see a black one or not? Is there pircupine animals there? Haha im really lazy when it come to hiking especially when its rocky haha take care guys enjoy always!
@@martymart2767 where I live in the city...I never see animals like black cockatoos or eagles. I see plenty of comm9n city birds which aren't as pretty....but we do get galahs and white cockatoos in the bushland near where I hike though Not sure where the porcupine name came from...maybe I should look that up 😁

Loved the mix of ground and aerial as well. Crazy how that sand/dirt gets everywhere.

That was great, makes me keen to go again.
Did you see more water in it last time?
@@AquariusTraveller don't think so. Seemed about same although don't remember it being as stagnant.
@@helenfry2846 there was a family plannng on swimming...defiantly hot enough for it but not sure I would want to swim...lol

I recently heard about this gorge and wondered if I could kayak it. But by the looks of this the answer is no haha. Maybe in the wet season....
