    I have tried so many different trainers but I always come back to Sydney, not only does she do the workouts with us but the positivity and motivation always makes the hard work worth it! Thank you Sydney!

    That was the motivational speech I needed from Sydney ! Sometimes I think I'm doing all this effort and I'm not seeing as I wish I was, but I know not to give up and to keep going! That's how I'm gonna crush my goals ! 🙌

    After having a week of no training due to a chest infection, I came back to this workout as it was the perfect kick up the pants I needed to get my whole body moving again. Whilst I wasn't initially looking forward to doing this, I felt amazing afterwards. Thank you Sydney for another great workout!

    I toughed through this strength training on Wednesday, 11-29-2023! It helps when Sydney talks us through each move. I love the time counter, the set, the outfit, the color scheme, and all of these workout videos that Royal Change produces!

    60 Years Young and a hip replacement! I got this! It’s been 8 years since my new hip and my limit is 40lbs. It’s hard to control myself to stay at 40 but I’m so happy to be where I’m at! Thanks Sydney!!❤️

    YOUR worth is immeasurable, Sydney! I commented earlier and then had to come back and give a hearty "Hallelujah!" to the motivational speech at the end! Truly nailed it...the way we talk to OURSELVES is the answer - it is our true power. WE CAN DO THIS!

    Crushed it! Post workout talk was EVERYTHING! I HAVE been going up and down 5 lbs, but I have made it to my goal weight 💪 (even though I may go up 2 lbs or down 2 lbs). Just keep pushing, I am working to TALK better to ME!! 3 YEARS that I have started this journey and I have kept the Weight off! IM WORTH IT! (YOU GOT ME TO BELIEVE IN ME)❤

    I am so glad you popped up on my feed, you always bring the burn when it comes to your workouts, but I want to say thank you for the bit that you said the motivation, i have personally been struggling on my personal journey and I can be my own worst enemy and I've personally been trying to lose weight for most of my life but over the years I've learned a great deal of what i need to do to reach each of my goals, but i am only human like all of us sometimes we struggle. We are hard on ourselves I personally keep getting upset with myself bc my life is chaotic things are changing life events are happening but I catch myself messing up in my workouts meal planning etc, and I'm wondering why I am gaining weight again. I keep forgetting muscle weighs more than fat, and my two goals are building muscle and burning fat and getting fit and I know the reason already. but thank you again for the reminders and motivation that as humans we will always have our ups and downs and we need to be kinder to ourselves and just continue to do the best we can to take care of ourselves and take care of our everyday needs and never give up on our goals you are one of my favorite content creators that inspire me and has helped me a great deal on my journey so thank you.

    This was so hard, but I loved the slow pace to focus on the exercise. I also loved the ending core on the floor. It's a good way to end a heavy workout. Thank you. Can you make some floor only workouts?

    Crushed it! I was holding back tears the whole time because it was Just one of those days but I showed up and pressed play anyway. I’m worth the hard work and while it feels futile at times I know I am sowing seeds into my future that I’ll be thankful for. Way to kick off the last week of REPS ll everyone!!!🥵🔥🙌🏼

    What an incredible way to start our week. I really really loved this one. I have been traveling and also sick for over a week. I was only able to do non equipment workouts while I was away. Today felt really good to get back into it. Still recovering over a cold but I showed up and showed out for myself this morning. This morning was in the low 30s where I am at and I do all my workouts in my garage. It was freezing but I warmed up real quick with this one. Adding this workout to my favorite Sydney list . ❤❤❤

    Great way to start the week! So, I ended this workout with tears from the post workout inspirational talk.
