After having a week of no training due to a chest infection, I came back to this workout as it was the perfect kick up the pants I needed to get my whole body moving again. Whilst I wasn't initially looking forward to doing this, I felt amazing afterwards. Thank you Sydney for another great workout!

60 Years Young and a hip replacement! I got this! It’s been 8 years since my new hip and my limit is 40lbs. It’s hard to control myself to stay at 40 but I’m so happy to be where I’m at! Thanks Sydney!!❤️

Crushed it! Post workout talk was EVERYTHING! I HAVE been going up and down 5 lbs, but I have made it to my goal weight 💪 (even though I may go up 2 lbs or down 2 lbs). Just keep pushing, I am working to TALK better to ME!! 3 YEARS that I have started this journey and I have kept the Weight off! IM WORTH IT! (YOU GOT ME TO BELIEVE IN ME)❤

I am so glad you popped up on my feed, you always bring the burn when it comes to your workouts, but I want to say thank you for the bit that you said the motivation, i have personally been struggling on my personal journey and I can be my own worst enemy and I've personally been trying to lose weight for most of my life but over the years I've learned a great deal of what i need to do to reach each of my goals, but i am only human like all of us sometimes we struggle. We are hard on ourselves I personally keep getting upset with myself bc my life is chaotic things are changing life events are happening but I catch myself messing up in my workouts meal planning etc, and I'm wondering why I am gaining weight again. I keep forgetting muscle weighs more than fat, and my two goals are building muscle and burning fat and getting fit and I know the reason already. but thank you again for the reminders and motivation that as humans we will always have our ups and downs and we need to be kinder to ourselves and just continue to do the best we can to take care of ourselves and take care of our everyday needs and never give up on our goals you are one of my favorite content creators that inspire me and has helped me a great deal on my journey so thank you.

Crushed it ❤ What an incredible way to start our week. I really really loved this one. I have been traveling and also sick for over a week. I was only able to do non equipment workouts while I was away. Today felt really good to get back into it. Still recovering over a cold but I showed up and showed out for myself this morning. This morning was in the low 30s where I am at and I do all my workouts in my garage. It was freezing but I warmed up real quick with this one. Adding this workout to my favorite Sydney list . ❤❤❤
