My mother in law shared this tasty recipe with me and I'm amazed!!! Such a simple and delicious cake! Tender and moist chocolate cake with even tastier filling. You can bake it for any holiday or even every day! You will be amazed at how tasty it is! 😋
INGREDIENTS & RECIPE
4 eggs
pinch of salt
100 g sugar
beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
80g sugar
100 g water (room temperature)
gradually mix in
130 g flour
20 g cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla sugar
bake at 180 °C for 35 minutes
2 eggs
60g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
120 ml condensed milk
30 g flour
250 ml milk
cook on medium heat until thickened
let the mixture cool down
250 g butter at room temperature
200 g dark chocolate
100 ml cream (heated in microwave)
size of the pan: 18 cm
