What a lot of TOTAL NONSENSE that person is saying! Sure there are changes during the year but there is no reason why IATA cannot produce an annual Addendum so we only have to buy the full IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations every second year! The same as the only legal document the ICAO Technical Instructions which is all about safety and is produced every second year! IATA is driven by profit, their DGR Manual increases every year!! So unnecessary!! If they are so concerned about safety why don’t they do what I suggest or sell it a cost price only !!!
