When we want to provide this service to our customers, should we ask for their account and password details (Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram..)or is there a way to set up the automation without needing their sensitive information? Hi Joren, Thanks for your sharing about the tutorial about building AI chatbot with Manychat and Chatbase According the update of Telegram Business, it has a new feature about the bot can intergrate to your private Telegram account, it means the bot can reply in your telegram private chat, but not reply from the bot chat Is it able to create the automation through Manychat and MAKE? So that I can leave the bot working and reply my private message when I'm going offline
If you want to have a bot that's working when you are not online, you can also use Manychat only. What is it what you try to achieve with Make that you think is not possible with Manychat?

What is the best method to host a bot for long term use, cus I don't know if I need to pay for many chat to use it, or I should just host a server and run the bot there thank you, but if you can develope a bot I would prefer a professional so I can achieve what I want in as little time possible.
I am not sure, because that’s not possible with Manychat. I recommend having a look at Sendpulse (chatimize.com/reviews/sendpulse/), since it might be possible with that platform

Thanks! I recommend to let your client make a Manychat account and invite you to it. That’s what I’m doing with all my clients.
