Played in a band a long time ago, WALK the FLOOR, one of the best musicians I have ever worked with, and man such good company , he used to make us laugh our fucking heads off, and when he picked up that fiddle pure magic would happen, god bless you chuck.
Thank you lads, great memories from the 70's, still got the got the cube album and its rarely off me turntable. Still dream of me travelling days........
Great to see they are still going strong. I followed them around Essex & London back in the early 70's. Best gig was at the Fulham Palace Greyhound, where it was so packed that I ended up at the side of the stage, behind the speakers!
Yes John I also saw them at Greyfrairs They also played with my brothers group The Livingstone at the Burnside Folk Club in Rutherglen👌timeless music......
Fabulous! Any more? Just like the old days. Unique style, stirring, inspirational, atmopheric. First saw you all at Thurso folk festival circa1970. Saw a clip on TV. Saw you all reformed in Eaglesham circa1990!
I am still the proud owner of 'The JSD Band' album - on vinyl of course. Wonderful to see the boys back together and playing great music. But who is the band's (new) 6th member??
Saw them at the Greyhound Fulham early 70's . . . So nice to see them going strong. I owe them an apology - I knocked a troublesome Scot out mid-performance and they stopped playing for a short spell - So sorry! Never hit anyone else since then . . . Cheers¡

I was the office boy at Cube Records in '74 who made a cup of tea for you when you were rehearsing Hayes and Harlington Blues
Discovered them in August 1973, but not on the 17th.
