How well does the hair remover work? I heard that it doesn't work well but you seem to have the ultimate test with all your pets.
It's not perfect by any means, but it has come a long way. It never fully seems to get jammed on me but about once a month or so I open it up and make sure everything is clear. With the dogs, we also have fluff from toys, baby socks they still somehow find, tumbleweeds of bunny hair, and more. For as much I have, I'm pretty impressed. Still waiting for a 100% successful model!

That's not true! I have 2 x10s and neither have this problem. If anything, its mopping is darn near perfect. You might have a leak or defective unit.
How is it in terms of privacy?
Great question. You have to take the company's word for it, but according to eufy nothing is collected from the bot. Plus, the AI image detection is also private unless a user opts in to share them at which point they'll be anonymously used to improve the object detection capabilities. There is also no remote viewing abilities on the cameras at all.

You don't have to just take the company's word for it. It is independently certified by TUV Rheinland, which is as good as it gets.
