Hey Matt, I had 4 Injurys in the same Muscle over 2 Years now, after the Injuries i can play
for like 2 Months and again i always pull my Muscle or I torn my Muscle Fibers (im from Poland sry for my english),
I tried streching and Foam rolling but it wont go away :(
