Take heart everyone 🙏🏾 There is light on the other side of that nasty part of this journey 💜 I don’t miss him anymore, no more urges to reach out or look at his social media (couldn’t care less!) and I’m in total peace with not just this journey but life as a whole. Before this TF journey I was kind of a mess 😂 Now I’m more conscious of my internal energy and how it relates to what plays out in my life. I’m just starting to feel better after my spiritual awakening…. What is so frustrating for me is how does manifestation and changing our mindset help with the military industrial complex that president Eisenhower warned humanity about? Talk about wars? All wars are bankers wars? What is the federal reserve? What is the 3 city state empire that the book of Daniel discusses in the Bible? I really would like assistance in reconciling these issues along with my spiritual awakening.. 🙏🏼❤️
Where attention goes, energy flows. These are all lack/ fear storylines playing out. Part of ascension and bringing in new earth is putting our attention onto that which we want to see. Detaching from the unwanted 3d and coming into a place of Peace, Love, Unity, Wholeness within. As within so without. Our internal world is where we need to put our focus and attention and the outer world will follow xx
@@reema_f so how does ignoring my family who are homeless assist my awakening?? How can I pretend that it’s not happening and also feel at peace at the same time? This causes more suffering for me??
I know it’s challenging to watch your family in this dynamic, however you have to come into a space of resonance that this is their souls journey and at a soul level they chose this to play out for the soul lesson. This planet is soul school and operates in duality so we can experience what we are not. So in this instance, you can’t learn abundance until you have experienced lack. It’s hard to comprehend, however that is the truth of what we are here for ❤️
@@awakeningmeraki so are you saying that because we incarnated into the 3rd dimension we all knowingly came to experience hardships in order to pull ourselves out of it? So we rescue puppies here but, we abuse humans? I just don’t get it?

What really helped me with the suffering of others and others inflicting suffering is this...
Everything is all energy.
This is not a concept the mind will fully understand because we only innerstand it with an inner energetic shift but I will try my best to explain.
In this human vessel we ourselves are either in an energy of fear/ lack (suffering) or love/ abundance (peace). So is everyone else.
When we are able to fully focus on our own energy and alchemise our own fear/ lack, 1) we are continually shifting our own energy into truth & peace and that is aiding the collective consciousness on an energetic level, 2) we are able to observe others and situations as being in an energy of fear/ lack and not have any judgement of it - again alchemising the energy and that is how we are assisting.
We are so blessed to be in a time where we are shifting out of the fear energy that has run this plant and by not focusing energy on suffering, which creates more of it.
If we are to shift out of suffering, how can we do that by continuing to see things as good/ bad, right/ wrong? That creates suffering.
The Soul shifts us out of suffering, lack & fear. The Soul just is. It is the observer. Its only the mind that creates suffering. Observe the mind. The mind is causing the duality.
Being in the energy of higher consciousness is letting go of control, trusting that there is a higher intelligence orchestrating everything, coming into the present moment and being the observer. That is when suffering ends.
If we choose to also assist in the physical we can absolutely do that whilst being conscious of our own energy and alchemising the fear/ lack that comes up within by being the observer.
For me personally I have pulled way back from assisting others in the physical while I am doing the inner work to shift my energy - and I know that in itself is assisting others.
Being in the energy of love, peace, abundance does radiate out and have a great impact.
Lastly, if someone sees a healer and their suffering is creating suffering in the healer how does that effect the energy of the person seeing the healer (as well as the healer themselves)? As opposed to the healer being in a calm, neutral and balanced energy of love.

So is it normal to feel almost repulsed by the dm ...I shifted alot lately and I do see him once in a while ..and he is coming in and out ..but I don't think he has shifted as much yet...like we are not on the same level yet..he is def still in lower vibe states ...I am just ignoring but receiving if that makes sense

I wish someone would tell me why I would ever want my DM back when he flat out told me he didn't want me and he married someone else. Oh he comes around in dreams sometimes but he has yet to erase the hurt he caused in the past which he can't. He said what he said and did what he did. Why would anyone want someone betrays them on a core level? He isn't mentally impaired. He has the capacity to understand what he did. I have the capacity to want someone who doesn't betray me. I deserve someone who respects me from the get go. And let's say he did come back, WHY would any rational person take back a cheater? There is no excuse for cheating. Period.
You are looking at this from a 3D perspective. The push/pull energy so creating the behaviours. Look past what you see with your two eyes and as you do the energy work you will resonate this is a deep spiritual connection and the DM is literally a holographic extension of what’s going on inside of you. It’s all about shifting your perspective and focus on loving yourself. You control the energy here, not them.
@@awakeningmeraki Just tell me how to get rid of him. Out of my mind, dreams, etc. He screams at me in our dreams that he wants his dead wife back. Fine. Just leave me alone. But he keeps coming back in. When he shares special moments with his current wife....making love to her, their toast on their wedding night - sharing these things telepathically....he married her...he is doing these things with HER....why can't he leave me the hell alone? He made his choice. Rubbing it that he is having all these experiences with her is just cruel. I could adjust if he would just leave me alone. Why does he have to be so cruel? He made his choice. Whoopee for him. Just stop being cruel. How do I get him to stop. And with all his cruelty, I don't want him in this lifetime or any lifetime. He made his choice and I am completely left out in the cold. He just needs to go away forever. No one should be subjected to this much cruelty and I don't even know why he is doing this. Yes, it hurts not being with him. But I can't accept someone who gleefully cheats and likes to rub it in, which is what he is doing. Never, ever, ever will I be with him.

As he has chosen this other woman, the only thing I want is for him to leave me completely alone. He made his choice. I don't want him in this lifetime OR any lifetime. I am worth more than settling for a cheater.
@@Foxwood1 IF it's your true twin flame you can't 'get rid of him' because that's YOU. Drop all your energy projected out. I get the anger as I was there, however, the sooner you go within and learn to shfit from the external, your inner energy will shift. It's beautiful alchemy energy. Your mind and ego has a grip. Liberation is taking 100% responsibility and do the work. Get past the stuckness. The mind is a high tech weapon used against you. Drop all communication; texting, phone calls, etc.
@@azcactusflower1 The only communications I have with him is telepathic communications where he initiates the communication with me. I am not interested in him showing me who he is having sex with via telepathic communications. And I know people say he will come back when he is done running. The thing is I don't want him back - not in this lifetime OR any lifetime. If he disrespects you once, he will always disrespect you. I just want to know how to block him once and for all so I can just live my life peacefully.
Mam do affirmations work in tf journey too , like what we think about DM we generally attract his behaviour in that ways ?
