If you listen to the lyrics its clearly about a woman who still loves a man but knows she's too good for him so she decides to let him go but letting him know she wishes him the best and she still loves him. Its like..when people have this song at weddings and sing it out of context is kinda bothers me. But I guess since its become such a "love song" anthem its applied to anything! But just sayin.
