In the summer of 2017 I moved to Paris from Madrid for a guy. After it didn't work out, I had such bad vibes against Paris and thought: "Wtf? He made me hate the city", so I came back the next summer and had the time of my life. Now, when I think of Paris I remember the nice things I did by myself and not the times I was with *that* person.

It can be therapeutic in a way. I also felt like I had to take back my favorite places and restaurants from my ex, after they got stained with fights and bad memories. It was kinda freeing to revisit them and eventually go back to enjoying them as I did before meeting him.

people are not soulmates but rather experiences that exist through actions and not words

watching this video seeing you go to places I've been to has me SCREAMING but me screaming aside, I'm so happy for your growth
I'm from the Midwest USA, but I've noticed for some reason every time I have visited LA, I've found it extremely depressing. Idk why, there are things I enjoy about LA and I generally "like" going to visit there, but I always find it somewhat depressing. Last time I went, I ended up taking the train down to San Diego and spent a few days in Tijuana and really enjoyed both cities!
Yeah everyone has their own preferences
One thing misinterpret LA when visiting is that it is a big ass city. People confuse it bunching a few cities when visiting Southern California. If you don’t have a solid friend/group or can’t accompany/enjoy yourself solo, you may find it underwhelming.

Although I hear Detroit is getting interesting again.
embracing growth and riding the “wave” of life is absolutely freeing and beautiful, don’t try to fight it, just ride it 🤭 stfu 😂 allowing ourselves to just BE, feel emotions, understand them, and just smile, laugh, and love.. even if it sucks at times, we learn and keep riding.. no one is perfect ❤
I guess everyone in the lgbtq+ community have had the same experience as Stan but I did what Stan did, hang out with people you love and it worked, don’t let anyone bring you down❤❤❤

Fun fact: açaí is from Brazil, in the northeast they eat it with cassava flour and the pure açaí, here in the south and southeast the açaí is made mixed to soda (i think) so it gets sweeter and with a color of darker purple and we eat it with a lot of toppings and granola, sprinkles, paçoca, bis, chocolate ball, cereal and other things
Brasil ❤❤❤ here in Rio de Janeiro, southeast, we usually eat our açaí mixed with fruits (most commonly banana) or with guarana syrup

Next time you're in LA try the bus system. Depending on where you stay and where you're going and the amount of time you have...you'll save a lot of money. Also, many bus routes are chill 👍🏾
