He's indirectly saying, soon enough the government would have to step in and disperse the protesters by force under the guise of break down of law and order. That's exactly what they intend achieving by sending in some infiltrators to create chaos thereby giving them an excuse to clamp down on the protesters. A few years ago, a ship had an accident in south korea and the president stepped down because too many people died, mr femi that is a democracy.
